I tried ordering of on the app. But of course it was down. So I came and put our order in. Got our food it wasn't hot. My mom found 2 hairs in her burger! My daughters corn dog was burnt! The chicken strips in my wrap where hard and cold. Not coming

The service was excellent. The food was good and fresh. The drink was undeniable. I had to pour it out. I tried to contact by phone 3 times and never received an answer.

Passing through. Ordered two super sonic burritos, no sausage, extra bacon. One burrito had not even one bit of bacon, while the other had a normal amount of bacon.Of all the additional ingredients listed, aside from egg, the onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and tots were practically non-existent. My burrito had 2 tots, 3 jalapeños, and about 3 bites of onions and tomatoes, all of which were in one end of the burrito.If the ingredients are listed in the item you order, they should be present. Should they not?

Worst Sonic I have ever eaten at! Food was literally cold. Very disappointing will never stop there again!
The kid that was out the window was totally goofy because they were pressure washing and I couldn't order my food and then when I got my milkshake it look like they have spit in it and then after that after I left my ball started to get itching and I vomit ?

We stopped at this Sonic for a quick bite on our way from Northwest Arkansas to Kansas City, and it was really great! We ordered ahead in the app and it was easy to check in when we got there. The food came out quickly and the order was correct, except the dipping sauce was missing from my daughter's chicken strips. We pressed the button and they immediately brought it out and apologized. Super friendly servers, the restaurant is in good shape and the food was packaged with care and really delicious!
