The owners care more about money in their pockets than they do taking care of their staff and customers. When going to Subway one of the main things they ask is if you want your sub toasted. This location apparently has a broken toaster and have removed it from the restaurant, but the owners haven’t replaced it with a new one. They’ve been instructed to microwave the sandwiches making the bread less than enjoyable and nowhere near a $10 sandwich. I would stop giving whoever owns this place any business. Sad to see this place going downhill.

Lady at register was rude and impatient with my mother for no reason. The other two workers were goofing off with their boyfriends and were acting like we were an inconvenience because we ordered four sandwiches. I would recommend hiring new staff

Second time we've been there this week and Every time we walk in; there is a gigantic line and the two workers are both making mobile orders and ignoring the in-line customers. Literally only 2 workers per shift is what one of the workers told me they are aloud to have working even during football games and large town events. Also...a Little PSA to everyone abusing the "mobile order" system at Subway, please stop. No one likes waiting in line but c'mon you can't get much faster food then subway and it's not fair to the in-line customers when the mobile orders get made first no matter what. On the positive side if you get there when there is no line the food has been great!

Two lovely ladies were working today and they were busy before we showed up till after we left. There was a Constant stream of people and they were handling it wonderfully. There were plenty of rude people who came in, and seeing the employees be able to serve with a smile on their face despite people treating them poorly, was so awesome. The food was so good and they gave us a great portions. Fast food workers are the building blocks of our communities and these two gals were non stop, doing an amazing job! They deserve a R A I S E!

Went in at about 8:28pm and as soon as I walk in they give me some dirty looks. Ircona, a guy with a tattoo on his right hand that looks like vines and some other guy with short dark hair. I asked are they closing soon cause they were just staring at me. They said they were closing at 9 (THIRTY MINUTES TILL CLOSING) but no they were closing up shop at 8:30. and as they're making my sub they're saying shut off the open sign at 8:30... Either get new members that can actually close when they're supposed to or discipline these children for their rude and unprofessional behavior.

just ordered an online order for a veggie sandwich (no meat) and the girl that put together my order didn’t put any cheese, tomato, or black olives on my order so i paid for basically just lettuce in bread couldn’t even bother to put cheese don’t order online ever from this location this has happened multiple times order from neosho location also it was all on my online receipt took her not even a secound to put together my order should’ve known when i didn’t see her even toast it that there was no cheese lol

I have been eating at this subway almost every Thursday for a year. I finally decided to try ordering on the app and taking our food home. We got skimped on our food so badly and didn’t realize until we were back at the house. It was pitiful. There were only two slices of roast beef on a foot long sandwich. I have two young children so it wasn’t worth getting them back out to fix the situation. I called three days in a row trying to get ahold of a manager and was told every time she wasn’t there but they would pass on my number. The excuse I got for them not putting the correct slices of meat on my sandwich was they weren’t properly trained and there were too many people working. It literally says on the receipt how many slices are required and I paid for the extra meat. I never heard back from the manager. We won’t be back to that establishment and if you do I advise going inside and watching them make your sandwich since they don’t know how to put 8 slices of roast beef on some bread.

I eat subway quite often, but I've never stopped at this location. By far the best sandwich I've had in a long time. I stopped in tonight after a very long day on my way back to NWA, the crew was in the process of cleaning and staying busy. The young man that made my sandwich did an amazing job, and the quality of everything was perfect. Definitely going to make this a weekly stop from now on. Loved it!!!
The food was great employ name larry was great however the employ that did checkouts was slower than my grandma and flirting with a girl sitting in one of the booths dont remember his name but he needs to keep his personal life to the side and do his job i have never had this happen here before

Not sure who was the one who made the wraps that my husband picked up just a little bit ago but they were terrible. Not sure what went wrong wether this person had never made them before but they did a terrible job at making them. As soon as you picked it up everything fell out of them which never happened the previous times we've gotten wraps from this establishment. It wasn't just the 1 wrap either all 4 were like that. Very disappointing.
