The food here is SOOO good. Favorite is the Tacos de Asada. Meat is juicy and seasoned perfectly. Archie is a small town and you might miss it driving down the interstate but you will not be sorry if you stop and give this place a try!
While the ladies were really nice I didn't really enjoy my food. The ground beef had a very strange consistency and the tamale wasn't very tasty. My friends had the fajitas which they enjoyed.
I met some friends at Vallarta's yesterday for lunch. We had been sent there by a waiter we met in Fargo, ND. He is a cousin to Mario, the owner of Vallarta's. We were glad we did! The food was really good. The service was amazing - and our server was Mario. He took the time to visit with us and it made our visit that much more fun. I am happy to recommend them to people. Just don't go on Saturday because they are closed to be able to spend time with family. PS...
