Ruth has been doing the squeeze burger right for as long as we've been coming here and today was no exception, she and her son have something really good going on right there on the edge of this little town on the edge of the lake. “I came from Joplin to do business in town. One of my work peers said I had to eat at Sundaes if I was going to Stockton, so I did. I was not disappointed. It is a nice hometown cafe with hand dipped ice cream. I asked the owner what she recommended and followed her ad ice. The Rueben sandwich with fries was one of the best I've ever had. The fries were fresh and hot. The sandwich was packed with meat. They also had gluten-free bread as an alternative. She said she had been the owner for 24 years. The restaurant is a landmark, and for good reason. The friendly ser ice and great food are hard to beat. They also give a 3% discount for cash payment.”

“Best subway I've been to yet. I eat a Subway veggie with everything about once a week. The special part forme was that the staff put all the big veggies first, then lettuce. The sauce was well dispersed instead of just in the crease. She Sprinkled a healthy amount of salt and pepper. I always order the same way, this employee killed it by thinking about the ingredients and how it would all fit.”
