Our server was amazing once it was recognized that we were there. We were seated then ignored for nearly 15 minutes. The food was good, but it'll be a long time before we go back.

We asked to be seated in a certain section, the hostess said it would be about 45 minutes. So we waited...after about 40 minutes my husband went to check. They seated us and the waitress said that table had been empty for a long time. Not sure why they did that..not only did we have to wait alot longer but the waitress was missing out on tips

I love the food at 54th street, but the service at the arnold location is usually not up to par. Almost every time my food is cold, or the icecream melted. The menu has a nice variety of options and the atmosphere is nice. It's a loud place that I can take my kids to and enjoy a sit down meal. I can usually find a coupon too. Our bill for 1 kids meal. 2 adult meals. 1 alcoholic beverage and an appetizer came to 41 before our $10 off coupon! - went today. The soup was cold, the waitress didn't care or acknowledge. It's a shame they don't give more thought into the process.

The good: Bartender was great and drinks were really good too. You could tell she took pride in her work and wanted to serve quality food. The bad: Unfortunately, the cook didn't have the same attitude as the bartender. We ordered calamari, it came out mushy and raw. We couldn't eat it. The bartender agreed (you could tell by looking at it, it was almost raw, no golden brown color) and she sent the manager over without us asking. He was sort of interrogating about it, but in the end he didn't charge us for the calamari since we couldn't even eat it. He did offer to send another one out, but at this point, we were kind of grossed out by it. So he took it off the bill. We both had the veggie burger and waffle fries. The waffle fries were great! We were upsold the toasted, buttered pretzel bun, it sounded amazing. We were served a cold, hard pretzel that had never seen a griddle. It would have been bad at standard charge, but considering it was an upcharge, it was really disappointing to have a cold hard bun, on a mushy veggie burger. We didn't complain, we just didn't want to be *those* people that complain about every course, so we let it go and took our burgers home (and proceeded to throw them out). The cook came out with his coat on at the end of our meal. The bartender said, "are you in a hurry to leave or something?" And he said, "yeah, I am trying to get out of here." And she said, "well, you just cost me a tip with this food." So she knew it was a bad meal overall but it did not cost her a tip, we tipped well because her service and effort was spot on, too bad the cook's wasn't.

It's all very obvious that it's sams club style frozen food that they warm up for u. No one at dinner thought any of it, is worth the prices they charge. Felt like I wasted my money taking my family to dinner there. Nothing was gross. But nothing was good. And service was pretty slow for not being really busy. And they where extremely stingy with there condiments. Like ketchup and ranch dressing for some reason. I won't ever spend my money here again. And I will incurage others to do the same.

Had the double smash cheese burger. I added grilled mushrooms. It was delicious.Waitress was very friendly. Not so much the hostess. She didn't seem to want to be there. Was on her phone a lot.We got our food fast. I would recommend you try the burger.

I had the Spinach and Artichoke creamy pasta dish and it was amazing. I sat at the bar and was served by Tori and she definitely held it down! Kudos!

Great service. Queso dip is tasty, but needs to served warmer. Great tortilla chips. Chicken Philly sandwich also needed to be served warmer. Veggies were way over salted, and I like salt. Had to send them back. Chicken fried chicken was very tender, but way too much gravy on it. Will return as the happy hour looks fantastic.

Great food, service and people. Zach was our waiter and he was training someone. Both were great! Very friendly and took great care of us. Hats off to the cooks, especially Nick. All 4 of us had a great experience, leaving happy and full.

Went to the Arnold location at 8:00pm on a Saturday night. About 1/3 of the tables were empty. Hostess told my wife and I a 10 -15 minute wait. Waited 12 minutes and the hostess sat us in the far corner in the bar area in a booth. After 15 minutes no one took our drink orders and no waiter/waitress, we left. I have never left a restaurant before, but we did and WILL NOT be back!!!! Arnold has other restaurants. Do not patronage, LOUSY SERVICE

We usually grab first come, first served open seating at the bar when available. Ordering is simple and fast with excellent service every time we've had dinner there. Plenty of TVs to catch a sporting event if that's your thing. Also conveniently located in an area with plenty of shopping options.Parking: Plenty of parking. But if their lot happens to be full, plenty of overflow parking is available.

Compared to previous years, like many restaurants, the food is a shell of its former self. Service was great and our waitress was super nice. However, they took a chainsaw to the menu list. No complimentary bread, no big easy steak, no Baja basket. All the food items we liked are now gone, the menu reduced to one sheet. We asked for cheese waffle fries, but it barely had any cheese on it. There’s nothing special about this place anymore. The restaurant smelled musty like the carpets were nasty.

A great sports bar and grill. The Old Fashion cocktail was fantastic. Cheese curds and cheese sticks were not over cooked; had great flavor with warm marinara sauce. The Madara is a chicken brest served on top of mash potatoes with asparagus with a slice of montaray cheese smothered in mushroom brown gravey. It is absolutely delicious. The manager came by the table and asked out the food was so we started talking; he said he gets the Madara with Alfredo sauce instead of the mushroom sauce so I asked for a dipping container of the Alfredo sauce so I could try it. If you are not a big fan of mushroom sauce you can order the Madara with Alfredo sauce; it is phenomenal. I has Ms. Hanna as my server; she is amazing as a server which made my first experience at 54th Street Grill & Bar even more amazing.
