Great burger! Having a very young lady with probably 5 hickeys on her neck run the drive-thru isn't smart in my opinion. Bad manager call forsure!

I got to be honest I was excited to go to A&w.
The last time I was there I had a really good experience this time however I wasn't completely happy, for starters we asked for our meals to be upgraded with shapes and we got charged individually for them instead of it being enough charge. The cashier might have been a little exhausted but she wasn't very friendly.
I'm not one to really complain but overall the experience wasn't what I wanted and I was trying to disappointed.
Food was good our orders were not messed up in any other way.
All in all it won't be my first or second choice going forward but at least I know where I can get A&w when I need to or want to.
