I enjoy eating at ur restaurant I've never been to ur restaurant i.live by the airport we just happened to be in Arnold mo.that day I think our servers name was Kaylie she was a sweetheart and very polite and nice.and helpful The only complaint I have is ...I just wish.U Would serve baked potatoes .I don't like mashed potatoes with my steak ha ha .ur mashed potatoes are delicious I'd rather have a baked ..the restaurant was very clean .keep up the good work and god bless

Is one of the cleaner applebee's I been to. Looks like they're ready for the dinner rush. To get a lot of servers. It's only 430. Management looks like they kept on top of things, keeping the workers going.

Terrible as usual. I ordered takeout this time. I usually go late night because my husband and I work night shifts and its one of the only places other than fast food thats open. It is ALWAYS wrong and the staff never wants to really work after 9 pm. Ive been told that the kitchen is closing and I've been there at least an hour before close. I dont understand how my food is wrong every time. It's the same manager, and each time she's a bit nonchalant about the issue and offers free food or a gift card. I just want my order right. Again last night I was left with an overcooked, smashed, no sauce 18.00 whiskey BBQ burger, and it was horrible. I paid 2.99 for sauce that should already be on the 14.99 burger (it comes with maybe a teaspoon for the entire burger). The burger had a dot of sauce on the top bun and bottom bun and was barely enough to even find. The fried onions were so burnt they were inedible, and I ordered a pink burger and got a smashed to hell well done burger. I didn't pay for a smash burger, I could have gone to steak and shake for that and paid way less than 18.00 for a burger and got plenty of toppings. I didn't order fries, but I got fries, and they were soggy and cold. I dont know why I keep giving this Applebee's a chance. What a waste of money again, but hey, at least the manager is giving me a gift card......again. I'm to the point of who cares, I wanted a burger, not a gift card, again!!! That means I have to go back to the Arnold Applebee's to spend the gift card. The last time I used my gift card, the food was incorrect, and the same manager just blew me off.

How do I put this politely, made an order at 6 p.m. tonight was told it was going to be ready at 6:57 I show up 6:55 wait for 20 minutes still no food at Carside To Go. Leave to go put some gas in my vehicle come back still no food waited another 25 minutes finally food comes out and the order is wrong, Cold and not to mention missing items from 2 out of 4 orders... Then they tell me it will be additional 2 and 1/2 minutes I'll wait 5 minutes they come out with the manager trying to give me a voucher to use back at their same restaurant again. You got to be crazy if you think I'm going to come back to your place after this. A manager appeared to be overly Young to be a manager in my opinion. And that is the fundamental issue with these Millennials these days, they can't get nothing right and when it is right it's slow as hell.!!! I wish I could do a -40 * on this one I would.
Edit... Figured it's been a long while. Why not give them another chance... Classic combo was done completely incorrectly. The quesadilla they used pita bread on it not a tortilla. Another knock, spinach dip is awfuuuullll. All the other Applebee's that I've ever been to, food always tastes the SAME AND GREAT! . This perticular location, NOT good.

Say what you will about Applebees having mediocre food. Their allergen, vegan and vegetarian information on their website is far more comprehensive and helpful than any other restaurant we've visited. We were able to easily filter menu items by selecting the allergen my daughter has and find something safe for her to eat. The waitress was so sweet and accommodating and had no issues with me making doubly sure there would be no accidental exposure.
