This store is consistently under clean. The floors are sticky, tables not wiped, and bathrooms are gross. The food comes out warm but not hot. A little more attention on customer service and quality food would greatly help the customer experience and improve their revenue.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had an experience like this at a fast-food restaurant before—maybe not anywhere. Today, I met Kim, the cashier, and I can’t stop thinking about how much her kindness touched me.
She wasn’t just polite—she was warm, genuine, and attentive. She asked my kids questions and listened like she truly cared about what they had to say. She made us feel seen in a way that caught me completely off guard.
The food was great and hot, but honestly, it was Kim who stood out. She introduced herself, asked for my name, and told me how grateful she was that we were there. She even said she appreciated me. I don’t know the last time someone said those words to me, and I could feel that she really meant it. It brought tears to my eyes—something about that moment just hit my heart.
She was running around, handling the drive-thru, the front counter, and the floor, all while staying calm and smiling. Despite the chaos, she made every customer feel important.

Guy at the counter was super friendly and courteous. The food was great. My wife and I were there with two of our kids and three grandkids. We dropped an order of chicken tenders on the floor, and when we tried to pay for a new replacement order, they replaced it for free. We all had an enjoyable time and rang the bell twice on the way out. Arby's has added hamburgers to their menu. We were able to get everyone to agree on eating there since they have such a large variety of choices on the menu.
The staff are always pleasant each time I go through the drive thru. Today I had the chicken and roast beef sliders and both were very good, served nice and hot! Good value menu. Good place to go if in a hurry for lunch or a snack.
Kim was your front person and she was working shorthanded. She and her staff were doing a fantastic job. Thank you for great experience
