For okay, service was good but the food cooked and fries with it, not the best. Kids didn't really care for it so had some wasted food cause. Did the window pickup which took a bit of time to get. Hard to hear over the speaker/mic. Cost was higher than quantity.
Had an absolutely tremendous experience at Arnold Arby's on Sat Dec 27th. Not only was the staff all friendly and professional, they were incredibly helpful when I had App problem. A special shout out to the evening Shift Managers, You ladies are amazing.

Went at 7pm tonight and there was 5 people in line but no person to take orders. After waiting almost 10 minutes I left. Don’t hire teenagers if they can’t work when it’s busy

Hit this Arby's for a quick drive thru bite. Ordered one of the roast beef sliders , one of buffalo chicken sliders & one of the ham sliders. Also a large Coke Zero fountain soda. The guy taking the order at the drive thru was very polite and asked to make sure all condiments were ordered along the food order . As I drove forward , I noticed that this Arby's was kept very clean , not like some I've driven through that looks like a garbage dump . The food & the soda were served up very quickly & everything I asked for was in the bag , unlike the competition up the hill which forgets half of the things you asked for . Pretty nice to find a GOOD drive-thru restaurant that cares about the customer , for a change .

This place is always amazing! They have a very clean facility, the bathrooms are clean, the employees are fast and very friendly. I love their food! (I used to work for Arby's, but the food never got old to me.) I definitely will be stopping in again!

For a place to claim they have the meats my fresh dip was sad and lonely without any meat. More bread no meat. Flavor was good

We went at a odd time & we were the only customers in the 15min it took to get 2 #1 basic meals! I'm all about waiting for good food but this was good enough. The jalapeño poppers tasted like bell peppers & I can barely eat basic hot sauce

This store is consistently under clean. The floors are sticky, tables not wiped, and bathrooms are gross. The food comes out warm but not hot. A little more attention on customer service and quality food would greatly help the customer experience and improve their revenue.
