Ordered it using mobile app and we will not be coming back to this one any more. When we get our ice cream it was melted, they are out of lids and apparently paper bags because they just thru us our order

Every time I go to this location (no matter the time of day) they are always out of waffle cones, out of several flavors of ice cream…. They usually only have 5/6 flavors and thats it, aren’t they supposed to be known for 31 flavors? Just saying.

A joke they don't even sell banana splits she said they have no bananas anymore so then get the banana split off the menu and I website. Then I got a sundae, presentation sucks she hardly put hot fudge on it. A rip off will not ever go back.

We arrived at 8;20 PM but doors were locked. We wanted ice cream and that can't be ordered at the drive thru.

We ordered two milkshakes and waited for about 10 minutes despite being the only customers in the drive thru. But the ice cream was delicious and creamy and I personally loved how it was soft enough to suck up easily. Definitely good ice cream.
We left without having ice cream. Waited over 10 minutes and were never waited on. I guess they were short handed, but we were the only ones in the restaurant and the girls were focused on drive thru customers.

Whatever you do, do not go to the Baskin Robins in Arnold. They completely messed up our order which was only two items. I ordered a frozen caramel coffee and my boyfriend ordered a cone with two scoops. They did not listen well when we were ordering and before handing our stuff out the window they looked to be talking as if they knew they messed up. My coffee was pumpkin spice and his icecream was melted and they didn't even put the icecream in the cone.So if you're expecting icecream that taste good and looks how it's supposed to then do not go there.
