Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

If I could give 0 stars I would this place took my food order, mind you this isn’t the first time ordering food here. Typically takes 15 minutes for my order at most. This past Tuesday it took almost 45minutes to get my food. I almost missed my uber because of how long they took to get me my food! Then I call and they play the blame game, saying it was an hour to an hour and a half wait, get a dry erase board to let customers know but to neglect telling customers and then acting like nothing wrong happened is ridiculous. The “ manger “ answered the phone, then hands the phone to his “manager” for his manager to tell me I was speaking to the shift lead. So they lied about their title, why? I don’t know. Then they say was anything wrong with the food? Technically no, did I get to eat it while it was hot like I planned because I had planned to eat at the restaurant. No, all because they can’t get the food out in time. I had to then get home to eat. If I wanted to do that I would have just had it delivered to my house! The incompetence is astounding! Oh and I guess, technically the only thing wrong with the food was they put the sauce cups ontop of the garlic bread like heathens, like right in the middle. Would I have loved to eat my food hot instead of getting home to have to reheat it that would have been amazing! There was no wait for tables, it wasn’t a holiday, there were 2 people waiting for food when I ordered. People who ordered after me got their food before me! I was livid! Y’all’s food is usually really good but the headache isn’t worth it.

Was asked to wait to place order, phone rings same person answered and asked them to wait, same person asked lady to take the phone call that was on hold while I stood at counter, I then asked if it was protocol to answer phone first before customers, she claimed she didn't know i was waiting? She then asked if I would like to order and I said no and walked out, I will be back sometime or drive to south county, i like their food but service and communication there is Horrible, don't spin this employees, this is exactly how it went down! I will have to say I ate there to post this but did not order.

My husband ordered a grinder and I ordered toasted ravs. When they brought out his grinder, I was told my ravs woukd be out soon. 25 minutes after ordering, my husband asked about the ravs and was told they had to remake them.
He asked for them to go since he had finished his grinder already.
They finally brought them saying they had to go thru a second time. what?
They were burnt and only 2 were edible.

Really disappointed. We have tried at least 3 times to have a better experience before making this review. I 100% support local businesses. However, with their high prices and low quality food, we will unfortunately not be returning. Our food was cold, less than half of containers were filled with pasta, very little meat on sandwiches, (I get more from Subway and that says a lot!), bread was hard, it was really upsetting. I hope they turn it around before it’s too late. Such a shame.

We are 2 seniors who went to Bellacino's Arnold for a quick dinner 8/15 around 6:30pm. Our meal was awful. The hot n spicy boneless wings were refrigerator cold. The BLT Grinder was almost all bread. What a disappointment to waste a gift card on such a bad meal.

Third visit August 6th. The place is always empty. They have great food and excellent grinders for being out here in Missouri and being a chain but dang man what happened to all the local people supporting local businesses..

Went in for a grinder. I'm from New England and grew you with grinders. My shipwreck was toasty, tasty and a treat for me! No photo available. Once I took a bite, I ate it all!!!!!!

Ordered 2 To go pizzas. One pizza was missing some toppings. Bryan or Brian corrected the order and made a fresh one. He did awesome handling it and pizza was great.
