I ordered a Delivery and it was completely wrong. I work at an office and can’t leave for my break. I ordered a meal and fries with a soda. I got the soda correctly. The burger was all garden when I asked plain with ketchup and mustard. Also didn’t get my fries. Whoever is working today is doing a terrible job of paying attention. I hope no one else deals with this today too!

The team has missed items several times like missing mozzarella sticks for the train your dragon meal twice. My son is still wondering if they are any good while I spend 13 bucks on a kids meal.

It was Sunday approximately 6:10 p.m. walked into the restaurant with my daughter and stood at the counter 11 minutes without even being greeted. Finally asked a gentleman standing behind the counter if they had any wand that could take our order. He told me he did not know. I counted 10 people working from what I could see at the time and said surely out of all of these people you should have someone that could take an order. He told me well I guess not so my daughter and I turned around and left. I don't know who runs the place but apparently they just don't care.

Ive given this place multiple chances, bearing through repeated instances of them being behind [even with only 2 or 3 customers at the establishment], poor customer service, and long wait times - as maybe they were just having off days or folks called off unexpectedly.
What solidified my resolve to not go back was an instance of a drive thru employee repeatedly asking if an order was mine when I repeatedly told her she had the wrong order.
She was almost insistent that I was wrong in what I ordered, and when I countered by showing her my digital receipt, she bluntly told me to pull forward before slamming the window in my face.
I had half a mind to take it up with management onsite, but I had already spent 15 minutes in the drive thru despite being only the 3rd car in line on arrival - and didn't feel like wasting any more of my time on them.
I'll never go back here when there are numerous other options in the area for true fast food, and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same until some changes are made at this location.
Can't drive by this place without smelling how good it is! Too tempting!

Can’t rate the food, because the “ manager” wouldn’t honor my coupon AND sub an impossible whopper for a whopper on my coupon meal. Even though I drove to butler hill, and they did it, AND SHOWED ME how to do it,! I called the district manager, and it is POSSIBLE as I knew. The Arnold location needs to educate their managers and cashiers how to ring up everything offered on the menu. This wasn’t the first time I’ve been told at this location that substitution isn’t allowed on coupons. Here’s the directions!
