Can’t rate the food, because the “ manager” wouldn’t honor my coupon AND sub an impossible whopper for a whopper on my coupon meal. Even though I drove to butler hill, and they did it, AND SHOWED ME how to do it,! I called the district manager, and it is POSSIBLE as I knew. The Arnold location needs to educate their managers and cashiers how to ring up everything offered on the menu. This wasn’t the first time I’ve been told at this location that substitution isn’t allowed on coupons. Here’s the directions! Every time I go to to this location, the food is always warm at best. They always have me pull forward and wait while they cook an item. I'm assuming while the majority of food is getting cold.

I used to really enjoy going to this Burger King as it was always a fast and friendly visit. I cannot say the same thing in recent years. The staff is very underwealming, along with poor management. They are always behind, even with two cars in the packing lot both are told to pull forward for an undetermined amount of time due to the negligence of the employees not having anything prepared and ready... That defeats the purpose of "fast food."
Occasionally we get in and out in under 15 minutes, but that's a rarity these days. Really dissapointing.

I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal and got a burger bun not even two one cut in half with my sandwich not the bun it’s supposed to be on I work fast food and you don’t do that just don’t sell that item or let the customer know that you don’t have the buns if I would have known I wouldn’t get the right bun I would have chose something different half of the chicken isn’t even covered by bread very upset with my experience tonight
