Well apparently one of the girls that works there took offense to me ordering food through the drive-thru and decided that she was going to change my name on the order and receipt. When I drove up to the window to get my food she asked what my name was. I told her my name and she made some kind of condescending remark or chuckle or something of that nature and handed me my bag. When I looked at the name it had been changed from my name to what you see in the photo attached to this review. I was very appalled by her behavior and unfortunately I will no longer be visiting this location that I have been visiting for the last 5 years.

I was given a milk that was 100% open. And not only was it opened. It was sticking to the sides and clearly curdled. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager to let them know that this is possibly something wrong from their distributor, and she tried to tell me that they don’t come with a cover on them. Upon looking at literally any other with the milk… it does come covered. I’m so happy that I did not give this to my child. Don’t eat here. You’ll have better luck eating at the Valvoline across the street.

Every time we order from here they always miss an item from our order.. they were very rude when I asked for my missed item.. and claimed it was in the bag.. as it clearly was not.. won't be going back again.. given 3 chances and im over it!
Takes 30+ min to get your food . This isn't a restaurant someone needs to organize this better.

Shout out to violet for taking my order and answering all of my dumb questions patiently. Even saved me a few dollars by combining my order with a combo which I didn’t realize to do. The food was great and hot even when I got home.

Some of the slowest people I’ve ever dealt with in fast food and I’m not talking about speed of service. Tried to order my significant other a sandwich that she found online however, the drive-through speaker acted as if I was talking in a different language. After just trying to move on and order something else, she tries to send the manager out to help me while I’m steadily telling her never mind, give me a second and I’ll order something else. Then I go to order and I asked for a meal instead she’s trying to push a two for five special on me instead of the sandwich and other meal. I then pull to the window and the lady at register reads order wrong to me again. Wow!!
