We had great service at a bar table. We were sat and waited on immediately. However, we waited quite a while on our main entree food. It was very good, and we got to take our entrees home because we were full from the salad and appetizer. Overall, it was delicious and much more attentive than in the past. We visited at around 5:30PM on a Saturday.

Ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. When I arrived half the order was sitting under the lamps. A new guy was in the kitchen by himself and forgot the chicken. He had to ask how many to make and how many went into the basket. Manager comes back from the bathroom and I hear her say who made the chicken it is all stuck together. I assumed they would remake them. Then they forgot the hush puppies so they had to make those. Finally after 20+ minutes got my food and left. They put the stuck together chicken in the box. When I called they offered to replace the chicken and but I wanted the full meal. Asked for the owners number and they 'didn't have it'. I said she was lying and they hung up. Lousy management!

I recently placed an online order, which indicated it would be ready for pickup at 6:20pm. Upon arriving at 6:25pm, I discovered that my order was not yet prepared. I waited inside the store for 35 minutes for a fish meal with two sides and fried oysters. Initially, there were three employees working; however, at approximately 7:00pm, two additional staff members appeared. Unfortunately, one of the employees seemed unfamiliar with the ordering process and was tasked with bagging orders. It is evident that management needs to improve organization and provide thorough training to employees. The store's cleanliness was also severely lacking. It is imperative that someone takes charge of this situation and implements necessary improvements. The concept of fast food is not being adequately executed at this location. I forgot to mention my order was incorrect and it was cold.

It’s sad really what’s happening with this place lately. I mean you don’t go there for great seafood, but their fried fish has been ok. Over the last few months however it’s just been getting worse every time we give it a try. Most of the time you can’t get what you want, and the amount of time it takes to get your order has become a joke. I don’t mind that it takes a little longer as it’s freshly made, but more than three cars waiting and you’re in for a very long wait. Now they have even reduced the portion sizes to something ridiculous. A piece of fish is cut so thin it’s barely the size of half of what it used to be. It’s pretty disappointing when you come home and open up and see these tiny little things.

I just spent over $30 For 2 meals and was very disappointed. The fish was very very oily and the corn on the cob that you pay extra for was mushy and looked like it was cooked for 2 days. For what you spend the food cook and quality should be much better than it was. I should be refunded for the poor quality food. Take your hard earned money some where elsewhere! There are plenty of places to eat in Arnold!
Garbage. Absolute garbage. I know this is so cliche to say, but if I could give 0 stars I would. I was craving some fried fish, and I had memories of Captain D’s when I was little. My boyfriend and I went there on the weekend. We should have known it wouldn’t turn out well due to the sheer amount of parking spaces there were. They were dead. We ordered ahead online, and went to pick it up. We were super hungry so we pulled into a parking spot to get a few bites in. I started with the fries and they were cold and stale. I usually don’t really care about those things cause I fully understood that it’s a fast food place. Well… I got near to the bottom of my fries and boom. There was a short hair in my fries. This is absolutely inexcusable. I went in and let them know and they remade it for me, which was nice since their fish is much better when fresh, however really greasy (but it’s fried so it makes sense I guess). My food turned out fine but I couldn’t finish it all. My boyfriend also didn’t finish his. His Mac n cheese tasted like plastic, but that’s beside my point. A few days have passed and I opened our food and found yet another hair in my boyfriend’s food. And it wasn’t his because he has long hair. I’m really frustrated when I spend good money on things like this and it’s just horrible. I hope these employees try to figure out the root of the problem because that’s horrible, and I will never ever return to this place. Absolutely disgusting. Go to long John silvers instead, they’re much better in this area!

I don't know what to say ,this is horrible ,what is this , i asked for country fried fish ,the green beans not even in container,so juice everywhere fish didn't look edible at all meal have burned char pieces all over it , soggy 2nd order didn't get loaded potatoe ,I spent over 30 bucks to have lunch here today ,this was my favorite place to go to ,not anymore ,the meal looked like i made someone angry ,i won't be back ...only to get a refund!

They are slow but it is still one of my favorite fast food fish places. Their lobster rolls are super small but still have good flavor. It is tough to find any lobster rolls in the area but when they have them they are decent and at a good price for what you get.
