Parking lot is very tiny & is an accident waiting to happen. Not big enough for a busy place like this, not enough parking spots & busy times cars are backed up waiting to turn into the lot.

I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.
A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!
Definitely the best fast-food stop in the area. Oh, and the chicken is great too!

Food is always hot and excellent. Employees are always helpful.
This location is absolutely phenomenal. They had a drive-through line wrapped around the building, and I still got my food in less than 10 minutes. Plus, even with how busy they were, all the workers were very polite. 10/10 experience!
