The food was better than we thought it would be. And we were happy about that. It was delicious! The service was somewhat slow, but they were busy. It was our first time, and there will, definitely, be a second.
I've been twice in the past couple of months once dine in and once carry out. Both enjoyable experiences. The visit was mainly for my son to try the viral Nashville hot mozzarella! And it was everything he had hoped for! It's always a upbeat place and has all the tvs you need for sports. It's a busy but fun environment. The service has been good both visits. The dine in and carry out both we didn't Have to wait forever even though it was busy times of the day.

Today, I took my son here for lunch. I refuse to go to Chilis anymore because of the Fenton location. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was helping everyone the waitress was phenomenal. When we sat down the person that brought our chips and salsa was phenomenal, the cook was delicious, the food was delicious the weight staff and everyone working there was awesome. Whoever is running this location props to you! It was clean, Everyone was friendly, the service was great and the food was delicious! I will never go to another Chilis location.
The ribs were not good. They were rubbery, not falling off the bone and hard to cut the meat off. My southwest eggrolls were a little undercooked but still okay. The margarita was actually good but had we wanted another, our waitress was not around so that would have been difficult. The waitress was nice enough but just didn’t really check on us much. Probably won’t be back.

Sierra (sp?) was amazing. Every table she talked to, she was super sweet and attentive. I drink a lot of water and she was very quick to be on refills for me. I haven't been to Chili's in about 10 years and she made me want to come back before my food even arrived lol.
The triple dipper was good. The honey chipotle mozz dippers weren't as crunchy as I expected but the sliders were very yummy and meat was juicy. Thank you for our delicious snack 😋 we live 90 mins away but we'll be back!
