Tonight 9/6/25 at 7pm Alysa was working and made all 4 of our ice creams in a very timely manner while the other 3 co workers stood in back joking around and ignoring her ask for help even when there were 6 people in line and 2 pickup orders waiting to be helped out also. She was very helpful I hope the tip I left goes to her and none of the others in the back not helping.

Today I came into coldstone After I said I would never go back. Do to the rude workers. today was the best service I have received in a while. I would like to thank Cindy for being helpful and clear when I asked a question and had trouble hearing her she was very patient. thank you we need more kind people like her in the world

Asked me if I wanted whip cream on my hot fudge sundae. On top of the high price for it they added a one dollar fee for the whip cream!
while they only have the silk almond milk based ice cream, they have the option to use it in shakes and offer the pre built “don’t cry over spilled silk” and lots of toppings like fruits and oreos! the staff are willing to clean off the counter before they mix the ice cream if you’d like!

Unprofessional staff. I attempted to explain my issue as the young lady kept talking over me. We frequent this cold stone multiple times a week. She wanted to teach me what a kids scoop was. The 3 kids cups were 3 different sizes. Two should have been like it and not kids but apart from that the 3 supposed kids cups had 3 very different amounts of ice cream. She really pissed me off so I decided to leave because I didn’t want to argue with a teenager in a place full of customers.
