We waited alittle in line, but boy was it worth it. Fantastic ice cream. Great and friendly experience.
Asked me if I wanted whip cream on my hot fudge sundae. On top of the high price for it they added a one dollar fee for the whip cream!
Unprofessional staff. I attempted to explain my issue as the young lady kept talking over me. We frequent this cold stone multiple times a week. She wanted to teach me what a kids scoop was. The 3 kids cups were 3 different sizes. Two should have been like it and not kids but apart from that the 3 supposed kids cups had 3 very different amounts of ice cream. She really pissed me off so I decided to leave because I didn’t want to argue with a teenager in a place full of customers.
Best place to get your ice cream
There should 100% be a spot where peanut products don’t touch.
Great ice cream!!
Very good ice cream and friendly staff, this place was packed and they managed to keep the line moving!
One of the most uncomfortable and awkward experiences.
Good ice cream, not the best customer service.
My wife and I went one Monday night for some late night (around 9PM) ice cream.
I had a young lady taking my order when I asked her to give me vanilla ice cream with kit kat. She then proceeded to put pecans in the ice cream. I corrected her on it and apologized if I was not super clear the first time. She did not seem happy at all and actually seemed quite grumpy about it. I apologized again as I was about to pay, since she did not seem to lighten up, and once again she was a bit rude.
On the other hand, my wife had a young man doing her ice cream and he was much friendlier. The only thing was that my wife had ordered the take home size, the “everyone” icecream. She ordered a few toppings on it including cookie dough, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup. Well, the young man serving her did not mix enough ice cream the first time, which he noticed. So he put in the original amount he mixed and then slopped on top an unmixed set of just ice cream. Not a huge deal, we were grateful he did not leave it half empty, but definitely lazy.
The ice cream tasted great though, just not the best service.
Note an image of my wife’s ice cream is below. Notice how half of it on the top is mixed and the other half isn’t. The half that is not mixed is part of the large section of just ice cream he slapped on top.
The ice cream is usually good, and my last time was OK. But $10 for basically one scoop and a stale waffle cone is pretty steep!

First Dasher - Uhhh there’s no one working the counter or up front. I’ve been here for 15 mins waiting… Oh they all just walked out of the cooler.
Twice I have gone in and they are short on everything. No cones of any kind. An ice cream shop with no cones. Said it was due to boy troubles on the evening shift. Must be a usual thing. Bad management.
Got to have it Coffee lovers and Founders favorite Love it
Might be addicted to the cake batter ice cream with yellow cake mixed in!

Ordered dark chocolate. Got chocolate. Kid tasted it, said it's dark chocolate. He made another. It's still regular chocolate. I know the difference, evidently he doesn't. If you're 9ut of it JUST SAY SO.
