The customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed my order online, walking in 10 minutes after promise time. I walked in, stood at the “pickup” area, I wasn’t even acknowledged 5 minutes later. To top it all off? My stuff wasn’t even ready.

My only complaint is I ordered vanilla strawberry maraschino cherry and at some point in time a walnut I believe and two chocolate chips ended up in my ice. Not an icebreaker but kind of unexpected to find a nut and chocolate chips in vanilla strawberry Cherry ?

The ice cream was good, but will not be back due to horrible customer service. We had on an online order that wasn't complete or started for 20 minutes until we got there as it stated. When we arrived they took our name and said they would start on our order. They waited another 15 minutes to start my order and then proceed to put it in the cooler behind them. We approached the counter and asked for our order and another employee had to grab the order for us. Don't place a mobile order because you're stuck there and can't leave to get your money back.

I use to have good things to say about this facility but now that I have had a bad experience with them I will be looking for a new place to get my ice cream cakes from even after talking to the owner you do not tell a person you get what you get especially when you are a customer so with that being said I will be looking for somewhere else to get my ice cream cakes and my ice cream from and I used to go here very frequently it seems like after talking to me and realizing that I was African-American they was a little on the Prejudice side

Service was great they were so friendly and let us taste several even though there was a line. The ice cream is so great and creamy. So many flavors and combos to choose from. I had the brown sugar cone they have for the holidays and my husband has the red velvet cake with sweet cream vanilla and chocolate both were delicious.

Quick and friendly service. My kids love to go out for a treat after their school concerts every semester. This location is 2 minutes from Fox high and 5 mins from home. So convenient!
