Kinda good but very overpriced and confusing when you walk in nobody tells u how to order or says hi . When I did get my cookies the lady was very nice but until then not a hi or nothing. Won't be back tho based on the prices being too high for a not good enough cookie
It always brightens my day to come here! Not only are the cookies delicious and beautiful, but the store is always spotless! The employees are genuinely kind and friendly, and seem to me to love their jobs. Even when the line is out the door, I never wait for more than a minute or two. Highly recommend! ?
I just ordered Crumbl from the Arnold Mo location ! Wow they rocked!!! They were out of one of the regular sized cookies, called me and asked if was ok to substitute the same kind for 3 minis. This was a gift for a new baby and I was so impressed! I see people complain about Crumbl all the time ( which is ridiculous these are mostly kids working there and it is hard work and fast paced). Thank you so much Arnold Crumbl, you guys are rock stars!!!
