Staff have always been great here. I've never had an issue with my food, it always comes out perfect. I love the free samples they give out from time to time as well. The lobby is very comfortable and always clean.

It was a short line, didn't take long. They apologized for the wait anyway. I didn't realize you have to order everything separately. I thought there were meal baskets or combos. I guess I didn't clarify and so I didn't get any crinkle fries. I probably didn't need them anyway.

$62 dollars for 3 meals and a sandwich, brought us the wrong order after waiting outside in the waiting zone for 10 minutes, then had to wait an additional almost 10 minutes to get the meals we ordered because they gave our order to someone else!

CHECK YOUR BAG! I hate to have to write this because Culver's, and this location in particular, has always been a step above every other fast food restaurant. But 2 out of the last 3 visits have resulted in missing food. First visit got home and food was missing. Manager sent coupons. Went today to redeem one of them and food was missing again. I'm not sure if it's new employees or new management but something has happened. Might be going to the south county location for future visits.
