There’s a tall African American man and a blonde woman who work there, and they’re both so kind and welcoming every single time I visit.

It’s such a small thing, but it really makes the experience feel personal and special. He’ll greet us like old friends, asking, “The usual?” with a smile, and it genuinely makes my day. The blonde woman is just as warm and friendly, always making sure everything is perfect and taking the time to chat while preparing orders.
