Excellent service and super friendly staff! Food was hot and delicious 😋
The DQ in Arnold, MO is awful. The lobby was closed, and the place looks terrible. The drive through window had a metal bar stuck in it to keep it open. The overall image was poor and the place looked dirty. After telling the woman who took our order what we wanted 3 times, they still got it wrong. I threw my Moo-latte away. Went on a Sunday after church. Walked in and there were 5 people working. Nobody came to the counter to ask us for our order or even to say "We will be right with you" for approximately 5 minutes. Ordered our food and the people behind us experienced the same. There was no ice because "the machine does not keep the ice frozen" never offered ice from the machine behind the counter.
