Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The most unfriendly employee I’ve experienced in a while. Went through the drive-thru and besides the, “what can I get you?”, there was not one single word uttered. Not, “here is your card back”, not “here’s your sundae and blizzard”, not “thank you” or “have a nice day”. Just stuck my food out while looking back inside at someone then closed the window. I don’t need to be pampered, but a simple, polite, courteous “thank you” seems appropriate. Don’t act like I’m wasting your time by spending my money there.

Would give a negative -5 stars if I could. They can’t take your order because they don’t understand English. Will up charge and hope you don’t notice. Do not spend your money here buyer be very aware.

Ordered a banana split they didn't put any bananas in it. I paid 7.95 for ice cream and toppings. Not happy!

Had a peanut buster parfait, it was delicious until I found a hair in it.

We ordered and then they forgot our fries and when i got in my car fries looked like they were thrown into the bag

Since when does a place that closes at 10pm stop making food at 9:20?? Also this place always gets my order wrong it SUCKS there is not a Dairy Queen closer to me. Its horrible. They take forever and literally they suck. Also they tried to cheap me out on my hot fudge sundae (barely any fudge)

This DQ is ran very well. Service is always very quick and friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, and the Blizzard’s are always excellent! I highly recommend the back yard burger.

You can’t understand them and they can’t understand you. I tried to order a chocolate dipped cone with chocolate ice cream. I repeated myself three times and they still got it wrong.

My husband stopped there at 9:25 pm went through the drive thru and ordered some food. When he got to the window someone told him that the grill was closed but the online says drive thru is open till 10 pm. Sounds like they have some workers who are way to anxious to close up and get out of there as soon as possible! Husband was very disappointed!

It’s really frustrating when an establishment says that their lobby is open until 9pm only to arrive at 8:45 and have the doors locked. I just wanted to run in and grab a quick ice cream cake from the freezer. Maybe this isn’t a big deal to some but I feel like you should honor your posted hours of operation. I did end up ordering something different than what I came up here for in the drive through but I’m leaving disappointed.

Just went here for a flameburner. Eating my food in the parking lot and it taste like the takehome burgers n fries i used to reheat before leaving my closing shift as a manager for 4 years.

Fries- refried some of them were even

Meat - been in the warmer for a minute

Soda- no carbonation

Veggies- scraps

I mean if you’re hurting on food cost then serve better food so more people will come.

DQ can be a really pleasurable experience, if you need help feel free to call.
