Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The blizzards are supposed to be turned upside down to show it’s thick. The last two times we’ve been here the blizzards have basically been water. Whoever is running this place, which are apparently new owners, are doing a terrible job.

Went to dine in, arrived shortly after they opened. Washed our hands before ordering and immediately changed our minds. Went to Culver's where they actually clean.

Cashier wanted to charge me over $3 for a drink after I had asked for my chicken basket to include a drink for only 99 cents more. He forgot and rang me out and therefore said he couldnt ring me up for a drink at 99 cents. The burgers also were not charbroiled. They tasted more like steamed cafeteria burgers.

Tried ordering at drive through. Yelled at me to hang on. Asked me to repeat my order four times. I finally left

Popsicles were very old looking, covered in ice crystals like they’ve been sitting in there for years. Told the guy behind the counter and he just kinda shrugged and said ok.

False Advertising. Ordered a Blizzard, wasn’t served upside down and was not given a free Blizzard. Not a great experience considering that their menu says “Served Upside Down or Next One is Free”.

This DQ never had fantastic service, but the ice cream was good which kept us coming back. The past two experiences were awful. The food was cooked incorrectly the first time. The second time the ice cream was soupy. The order was wrong. As having people who work at Dairy Queen in the family, we know how dangerous the low temperatures on the ice cream machine is. Bacteria collects. Will not be returning.

Not worth the stop.

Qairy Queen is Americana, Not Indian. Whole family running around, kids playing in the back with food around. No TV's on. Just not the experience you'd want from a DQ. My advice? Find another. Buy American.

Bought 2 banana splits Over 13.00, you get 1/2 banana. Half tablespoon of topping s, when I ask for more hot fudge he took it without saying a word barely put anymore on it. I said thank you he said nothing. Terrible!! Will never go back. Culver’s is the best, will give you so much toppings.
Plus Indian guy couldn’t understand or speak English. Hello Culver’s!!!

They must've recently got a new owner because the service compared to a year or so ago has been remarkable. Fast, delicious and cheaper than other options. This DQ is back on the list of choices for our family which had stopped going before because the service was so abysmal. Well done guys!

The ice cream is super soupy… I was so disappointed in the blizzards… I really hope higher management comes & makes this place better. I’m not sure how they’re still in business

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. They don’t speak English. Cake looked like my toddler made it and they messed my order up and wouldn’t do anything to fix it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
