Unacceptable Behavior on Xmas from the older manager lady that was bagging to go orders, she was unprofessional & rude. The staff isn't being paid a living wage, wages are stagnant & prices are going up with everything & people are on edge with everything happening in the country & world. How about stop being ignorant to delivery drivers & you're own staff, people especially the working class people like me just WILL NOT tolerate this crap anymore.

The customer service was great. I was there on Christmas Eve after a church service. Our server came by the table at least four times checking on us. She was pleasant and friendly and gave us additional options for the meals that we ordered. I know this is a chain restaurant, but when things are good you have to say it. Merry Christmas!!

Im sorry to say this but this place is very run dwn. The bathroom door was sticky all over in hand area I honestly had to kinda shoulder it to get in it was sticky stuck. It just made that sound. The floor in the bathroom was a little sticky. This place used to be awesome!!!! The hash rows weren't very crispy n extremely buttery. The omelet wasn't bad but wasn't great seemed greasy also. The hash browns ver so greasy my hubby dropped some on his shirt he retrieved them quickly n they left a big greasy spot ...place needs to b torn dwn n rebuilt. We think....the front sidewalks r almost solid black from the grease....yes workers shoes get dirty. But use something on the front sidewalk of building plz. Thank u

Found this on Jeffco 911. 7/24/25 . I've had bad experience there about 10 years ago and never have been back. This just makes me realize I made a good decision back then. From Jeffco 911. We went to Denny's in Arnold with my parents for lunch today. A waiter named Frankie was bullying and harassing a waitress to the point of tears during our entire meal. At one point, she asked her manager for help but she was ignored. After a good 30 minutes of it, we heard her ask him about a plate of pancakes missing from her order. He then proceeded to yell and curse at her for the entire restaurant to hear. We all spoke up but he refused to even look at us. My Dad then spoke to Barb, the manager. She shrugged her shoulders, smirked and said she COULD fire him for it, but she won't. The waitress thanked us for attempting to help, and our waitress apologized multiple times even though she wasnt involved. My parents have been regulars at that location for 25 years but today was the last time they'll ever go.
