So I just got off the phone with them.Telling them exactly what happened with me.And ordering a coupon pizza and then putting in my password.And then having to put in my password again with a new card, and somehow I just ended up with a Cheese Pizza. Yes, I should have double checked it, but it was the same total and everything, so I think I didn't have to do anything else besides checkout. I called the store and this manager HOPE, told me yeah, the app messes up sometimes. I said, oh okay. Thinking there will be a follow up.This is how we can help you now. That was a big NO all I got. There's nothing we can do. THE MANAGER, THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT!

We ordered a pizza. It was highly dissapointing. I think the pizza had been sitting around for a while and they just added extra bacon and microwaved it. The crust was stale and chewy. My husband ordered the italian sub. There was basically just pepperoni, 1 green pepper and 1 peppercini pepper. We won't be eating there anytime soon. I would have given zero stars, but it wouldn't let me post without at leaset 1 star.

This Domino's has Wonderful employees & the Manager is Great! We order carry-out a LOT & our order is Always Correct & Delicious! They take pride in Satisfied Customers & that's a BIG COMPLIMENT these days. We definitely appreciate every bit of effort they put into the food & their kindness too!

I don’t want to assume the delivery driver crushed my pizza because I only tipped but if he did, what he didn’t know was I also had cash to up it to 30% on delivery but when I saw the box I kept it. Our pizza was destroyed. Maybe it was an accident but even so, you could clearly tell the pizza was compromised by the sight of the box. I didn’t have time to call and get a new one as I had to get to sleep for the last leg of my drive back home with my two children so we picked our toppings off the box top and ate it anyway.

I got the wrong pizza and didn't have enough time to run back and get it fixed. I know mistakes happen, it was super busy. It's more about the website/app. It's a pizza place, a regular dominos. What I don't like about their online customer service is how long it takes to get a hold of someone. I paid for something no one would eat. Staff was very friendly though especially with how busy they were

I called the store to place an order for curbside and was told that they stopped for the night even tho the app says till 1am its only 10:45pm then I said ok ill place a order for delivery and that I have a free pizza using my reward and again they told me I can not redeem that on the phone only online. I am not happy at all, and I will start going elsewhere for pizza. It's nothing but young kids working there, and half of them have no clue what they are doing. I do not recommend this location

This dominos is so bad! My pizza is awful every time I order it! You complain and get a free awful pizza!! I get cheese pizzas, how hard is that!!!!!!??????? Today was by far the worst. Undercooked and the entire cheese topping was on one side of the pizza, looked like pasta!
Order was wrong and missing items. Can't get any refund because reporting the issue just gives you an offer for a discount. Feels like theft to me.

This is one of the better Dominoes in the area! They’re quick, friendly, and the place is clean. I’ve not had any issues with the food! Some other locations will use older dough, skimp on toppings, or the toppings are “piled together”. This hasn’t happened to me at this Dominoes!

Arnold location sucks you say cheese it up pay for extra cheese and there is hardly cheese on it parmasan bites over seasoned chicken overly cooked this location sucks one off reason ferry better

I ordered 2 pizzas each with Alfredo sauce instead of traditional red sauce. There was a metric shit ton of Alfredo sauce on there. So much that the toppings and cheese were sliding right off as you pulled the slice from the box. It was literally dripping in Alfredo. Never ordering Dominos at all again after this. This was their last chance for me.
