Went inside girl there waited 10 min till I got help no one inside like I was invisible and then the guy had attitude because I said easybice on my drink it just had feeling like they don’t want to work lazy people vey unwelcoming

My whole order was disgusting . The 2 lattes where made with the wrong ingredients asked for oat milk as it's in the name of the drink and they used regular milk my butter pecan frozen coffee was so strong I could not even drink it they used way to much butter pecan flavoring also order it a small they gave me a medium . Asked a question and the guy not sure of his name but he was very rude and smart mouthed with his answer . Since the (remodel) the arnold location has changed for the worst . I dint think they have been trained how to make drinks properly or for that matter take orders properly .. 0 out of 10 do not recommend i will be taking my business and as many other people that I can reach away from this disappointing bismol location

This Dunkin has gotten better for the most part over the last year. I'm glad they got their parking lot redone and maybe got a few more employees that are trying to do a good job. At least they are loads better than Starbucks down the street in Arnold. Dunkin recently came out with a $6 breakfast deal with a drink, bagel sandwich, and hash browns. It's a great deal and I hope they keep it around because it really makes them shine over their competitors.

The workers are very sweet and they are always busy. I never see them standing around doing nothing, they always have something to do and are always trying their best even when their drivethrough and lobby is flooded!
Easily the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere. Orders are consistently wrong (even when ordering ahead on the mobile app) and if you go in to pick up your mobile order you’re ignored until you finally cut someone else off and tell them why you’re here. And, god forbid, you ask them to correct items that were wrong - the annoyance you can see from them employees. If I could give a half star, I would.

The girl in the drive up was super rude. Doesn’t greet her customers appropriately she says you can wait a minute. When I pulled up to the window I said I hope you have a better day! She said whatever I had customers in here and you said hello! The rudeness is at all time at this location. You need to teach your workers to remain professional at all times! I will not be returning to this location ever due to her unprofessional behavior!

I travel all over the United States and drink Dunkin whenever and wherever I can. This store is hands down the worst Dunkin I've been to. Coffee never tastes right or good. The open at 5 am and do not have regular coffee ready at 545. This store is a waste of money.

I imagine most people use the drive thru as I always have but chose to go in the establishment on 9/12/14. Glad I did. I had no idea how filthy this place is! Absolutely disgusting. Never ever going back!

yesterday I spent an hour in the drive through (ordered at 2:30, left at 3:18). There were maybe 6 cars in front and it wasn't busy inside. It was definitely very frustrating, but after I got up to the window, I saw that only two people working, and they were trying to deal with a guest inside who was screaming and cursing at them. They needed something from their manager to help her, but there was not a manager on duty (on a Saturday????) and none of them would pick up their phone. They were running around trying to get stuff done but they didn't seem to know how to even do most of it. It looked like they were left understaffed and hardly trained, with zero management available to help them through the mess. my experience was super frustrating since I couldn't even get half of my order since they were out, but I really just want a better work situation for those employees because it was a god awful set up.
I’ve realized that they like to get out early and you can’t order hot coffees after 8:20 as they strip the machine down early and can’t steam milk this is the third time I’ve tried 40 minutes before they close and I’m met with the same thing that they can’t steam milk. I could understand shutting that down like 10 min before close but 40 minutes is ridiculous.
