Went to Fazoli's today for lunch and it was a disaster. Placed my order at 11:05 and ordered a meatball sub and make it a meal combo with a pizza. 11:30 and no order. The girl, who was nice, said the meatballs take longer and it would be another 10 minutes. I walked out. No offer of a refund. She did bring me my pizza and breadsticks but I left it and walked out.
