My wife and I eat at the Arnold MO location quite often the manager Rob goes out of the way to talk with us and ensure our experience is good. The staff is always polite and helpful! Food and value excellent! Love the rewards program!

After a disappointing experience at a neighboring restaurant, I thought I'd drop on fazolis. I walked in to a line of 6 people. I was nervous. Immediately Thomas D began taking everyone's orders in a happy cherry tone. It was encouraging. I asked and he told me there were 3 employees running everything. He immediately got me what he could and promptly brought my fresh food to my table when it was ready. Whatever you're paying Thomas isn't enough. Keep this guy around. Overall a great experience.

Went the other night and had my favorite, Baked Spaghetti and it was to die for! It was the 2nd or 3rd time I met manager Rob and he once again, anticipated everything we needed. Now I am seeing the same anticipatory style rubbing off on the staff and it's quite refreshing to say the least. Finished the night with a strawberry cheesecake that was amazing as well!

Came in about 5pm 2.1.26 girl at the register was very polite and nice, we ordered chicken Alfredo and the what we will call the cook yelled through the window that he is out of chicken looked and sounded very annoyed that any customer dare order chicken. She asked how long it would be until done and he said I don’t know like 10 minutes.i said that is fine we will wait, we were served 3 breadsticks for the 3 of us, my husband went back up to get more and the girl asked if there were more and the cook said no… I’ll have to cook more.. again very annoyed. We waited about 10 mins and gathered our stuff to leave and grab some on our way out and there was no front end girl in site, my husband stood there waiting and the cook walked passed 3 different times and said nothing. This was the worst experience I have had here!! If the kid don’t like his job/having to work he should definitely not be in this line of work!

Thomas the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. I needed a catering order at the last minute for 30 people, and he was super friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about his role, his team, and his customers. I cannot express my gratitude. I order catering quite frequently for physicians and healthcare professionals and I will be back due to his excellent customer service and kindness!
Came in on Saturday around noon and was greeted with a smile by Rob Marino. He was very nice and took our order promptly. The food came out great, and Rob checked in to make sure everything was good. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit.
