Montana is the best server at hotshots! She is always very nice and personable. The food is great and the touch tunes always has something good on. I would recommend this bar to anyone looking for a new hangout spot! Thank you Montana!!

The tornado a few nights ago was strong and I held the door as hard as I could but Melissa let us hide under her skirt so over I went.
So great customer service.
Decent food, wish they carried red bull vs monster and had water vs alcohol beverage due to that.
It was my first time at Hotshots and was impressed with the Woody Burger. Who ever thought to sandwich a burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches is brilliant or crazy, either way, wow!

Food is hit or miss most times. It'll do in a pinch.
Wait staff/service is subpar for the amount of people in the establishment. This hot shots in particular has never had very good waitresses.

I just needed to add one of my favorite servers! I have been going more because of Haley! She is phenomenal! Please keep her around! Haley was patient, nice, and funny! She made sure to check on me every chance she got! Thanks again, Haley!

Kaleigh (our bartender) is awesome! Attentive, friendly, and made us feel like regulars. Will 10/10 come back! Nachos were delish.
