Best St Louis style Pizza out there. I got a deluxe and loved it. A large fed 2 adults.

I’ve ordered cheese fries from this location on two separate occasions, and both times received ZERO cheese after paying for double. They offered to redeliver both times and the first time the driver was kind and apologized. Today a different driver was extremely rude after we apologized for the inconvenience and said “It is what it is” with a bad attitude like we are the problem for wanting what we literally paid extra for. Maybe if the workers in the kitchen did their job correctly the first time a redelivery wouldn’t be necessary. We won’t be ordering from this location again as the spot off jeffco is always super friendly and way quicker. I understand it’s closer to the end of the night but we are less than a mile from the store.

I'm from the Chicagoland area and was down visiting a friend. They told us we had to try Imos because they use something called Provel on their pizzas. So to try it we went in and ordered a small cheese pizza. If you're used to traditional pizza the provel was very different but not necessarily in a bad way if you have an open mind about it not being traditional mozzarella. My biggest complaint was when I realized they didn't even put sauce on the pizza. Crust and cheese...thats it. Since when is sauce something you have to ask for when ordering a pizza. (Is that a St. Louis thing?) Not the greatest experience for the first time. I did however like the thin cracker type crust.

3 out of 3 of my last visits they have forgotten food and told me “the store will get you on your next order” the food is cold as hell when you get it. Doesn’t matter if you pick up in store or delivery (I live less than a mile away). Tonight they once again forgot $15 worth of food. When I went up to get it the closed an hour early. You will no longer be getting my business. I’ll drive across town to the other imos.

Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location. They forgot to send some of my order and when I called they said they would send it right out. Then I received a call back less than a minute later from someone else telling me it would be an hour before it would be delivered. Then they tried to charge an additional delivery charge for their screw up.

This place has got to be kidding me with my wifes pasta. It looks like someone scooped out a bite. My wife called the manager and had her on hold while talking to upper management, saying that they have cameras and that no one would eat out of someone container. Hmmm well if that's true then maybe this manger and upper management can see on camera the employees dicking around in the kitchen cuz one of the female workers have said so much wrong orders have gone out today do to the kitchen dicking around and horse playing around but yet no one messed with my wife's order. We are done with this place.
We were the only dine-in clients, and they were very helpful. My dad is in a cast, and they saw us coming and held the door for us. I really appreciated it. The food was great too!
