I like Jimmy Johnâs a lot, but sadly this location has always been an awful experience. Always late, always wrong. When I order a unwhich because I have celiac I always get a wrap⊠always miss lunch because I could die if I eat it. Would not recommend this location at all.

I got a simple number 4 sandwich yesterday. And I woke up the next day in excruciating pain in my stomach, making me extremely sick all day went to get checked out and I found out it was E. coli. I didnât eat anything but that sandwich that day and Iâm stuck at home sick as a dog.

Ordered the #4 and did the unwich. I have had this sandwich several times at this location and other locations. This time there was very little turkey that I could not even taste it. I paid $9 for lettuce and mayo. I asked and was told that they weigh it and thatâs all they put on there. It seems they are charging more for less meat now. Also could not get the mayo packets open so they gave us a plastic knife to open them, which did not work so had to figure something else out. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and food.

How is this sandwich chain still in business?? Must be the same people who eat McDonald's for lunch or dinner. Their sandwiches are so bland and dry. I'd eat Subway before going to Jimmy John's and that's bad! Nasty Subway. Where are all the Jersey Mike's????

After having a very bad experience at a pizza place with John in the name as well I went to the nearest restaurant and was on the verge of tears they helped me calm down and I explained what happened they were very kind and helped me figure out what to order so I could feed my family with a budget and overall it was a wonderful experience the food was very good this was also my first time eating here and I will 100% be coming back

I ordered my lunch online and used the drive through to pick it up. The sandwich was okay but the bread was pretty hard on the outside and ended up just eating the stuff inside the bun. I'll order something that has a wrap instead of bread.
Didn't realize the jimmy johns blt was a forth of a sandwich.

The girl greeted me well. But the guy was very rude who made my sandwich. He really didn't even look at the receipt to see what I ordered. And I did not know until I got home that I had the wrong sandwich. I tried calling but was put on hold and no one answered.

Nothing like ordering some âfreaky fastâ food. Ordered through the app only to find out Uber delivers their food now and it takes 30 minutes. Way to go Jimmy Johnâs, you ruined the best thing you had going for you. Oh, the best part, I thought it would be at my location faster and it takes so long, I do not even get to enjoy it because I have to leave. Hope the Uber driver enjoys my food. I would have used Uber eats if I wanted to! You should really share that in the app since you over charge for delivery and itâs through a slow third party!

I see why they don't advertise freaky fast anymore. 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches that ended up being only half right is pretty ridiculous.

The food is always good and made just the way you want it. I have to say the set up inside doesn't work well with the highchairs they have. The tables sit on a platform and the highchairs are on the floor so the child cannot touch the table to feed them self. which is why I give this 4 stars. If the baby was older I might even give it 3 stars because it would have been even more difficult. They have other tables floor level but can only sit 2 people and we had a total of 5 including the baby.
