Last week order goes through this at 7:30 pm. They call and say they are closed for pick up . Today they are out of bread. At 7:45. Takes 5 days to get a refund from these people. Horrible customer service.

They are so slow now when I used to work here we would have the sandwiches done before the car even got to the drive thru and I’ve been sitting here for Almost 10 minutes and for most other places that would be a reasonable amount of time to wait but not for Jimmy John’s. I’m just saying watching those kids make that sandwich in slow motion was just torture.
