The KFC in Arnold, MO is a TOTAL DISASTER. I would stay away and go somewhere else.
the employees at the Arnold Mo. location should be inside doing their jobs instead of smoking outside. Our order is never right. It's way to expensive for the crappy food and horrible service. We are done with KFC!!!!!!!
Ordered food 2 weeks prior and it was totally wrong
I called and gave my name and number to Ashley
Returned for a refund 2 weeks later and was denied
Absolutely unacceptable and will never patronize this asta restaurant again !!!!!
