Ordered lunch at the drive-thru this afternoon, and was served cold, hard french fries. These fries were obviously under the warmer for far too long. Went back to the drive-thru and the worker had me pull to the front of the store. She came out and took the old fries and threw them in the landscaping. The worker was rude. When workers dont care, the food suffers. Won't be back to this location.

I had to ask for the drinks they didn't give me. I also had to ask for the fries they didn't give us. They only gave us one out of two of our fries and I had to ask again for my other fry order. The fries were cold, they didn't fill our drinks all the way, and they barely put any sauce on our chicken sandwiches nor any pickles. We're not wasting our money here again.

First time wait like an hour and there’s nobody else in line, they give the wrong order, the other day we check online and said it closed at 11 pm, it was 9:45pm and when we get to the drive through the machine said it was close already. I guess they just don’t want to work.

I had to give it 2 stars, maybe it's just this location but the food was dripping in grease (yes, I know it's fast food fried chicken). This was more than most. I pulled the skin off and it took me 6 paper napkins trying to get my hands clean. All the flour from the undercooked breading was like, turned it the consistency as paste. The chicken itself was like chewing on a batting glove, you can just chew and chew and chew and it was just like Hubba Bubba chewing gum.

I have been to the Arnold, MO location several times and they constantly do not have chicken available. It's always a 26 to 30 minute wait. So end up going to Fenton, MO they are always ready.

If you order DoorDasg from them, just don’t. They ignore everyone that comes in the restaurant and will have people waiting over an hour just to tell them they’re out of chicken breast. It’s so annoying…

Haven't ate here in 3 years. Tried it again cause of the free bucket with 15 dollars purchase. Food was ok. Service was great. Place was clean. But ultimately we go here for the food. It needs to be better to keep people coming back.

They don't deserve no stars ..place is a joke never have chicken it's a chicken place but never had chicken.. went on Saturday 3/8/25 at 5pm to get a 8 piece meal they said they didn't have any chicken they close at 10pm
