I had to give it 2 stars, maybe it's just this location but the food was dripping in grease (yes, I know it's fast food fried chicken). This was more than most. I pulled the skin off and it took me 6 paper napkins trying to get my hands clean. All the flour from the undercooked breading was like, turned it the consistency as paste. The chicken itself was like chewing on a batting glove, you can just chew and chew and chew and it was just like Hubba Bubba chewing gum.

I have been to the Arnold, MO location several times and they constantly do not have chicken available. It's always a 26 to 30 minute wait. So end up going to Fenton, MO they are always ready.

Haven't ate here in 3 years. Tried it again cause of the free bucket with 15 dollars purchase. Food was ok. Service was great. Place was clean. But ultimately we go here for the food. It needs to be better to keep people coming back.

They don't deserve no stars ..place is a joke never have chicken it's a chicken place but never had chicken.. went on Saturday 3/8/25 at 5pm to get a 8 piece meal they said they didn't have any chicken they close at 10pm
Order a meal of tenders don’t receive the tends instead I received a nugget meal like why can’t people read correctly

Lobby closed on a Saturday at 630pm. I moved to arnold 2 yesterday ago. 3rd time coming here. 3rd time I've had some kind of issue. Will never come back.

Wasn't Impressed with this location. Interior needs to be updated, bathrooms were dirty, multiple ceiling tiles inside were missing or badly stained throughout the restaurant and the two Kiosks that are used for ordering were sticky and smeary to the point where my finger turned grey after touching it. The food wasn't good either, ordered a classic crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a fountain beverage, Chicken was cold and tasted like an old sponge or an old shoe insole. The fries were lukewarm and not crispy. The ONLY thing that was good about my first visit to this KFC was the service, Employees were polite and friendly. Eight dollars for this and I could have gone to Walmart across the street and gotten more chicken for half the price.

Unaware of the change,I bought chicken tenders and they no longer come in extra crispy. The original is trash ,don't waste your money. Spent $12 for some soggy chicken for lunch.
