They don't deserve no stars ..place is a joke never have chicken it's a chicken place but never had chicken.. went on Saturday 3/8/25 at 5pm to get a 8 piece meal they said they didn't have any chicken they close at 10pm

Lobby closed on a Saturday at 630pm. I moved to arnold 2 yesterday ago. 3rd time coming here. 3rd time I've had some kind of issue. Will never come back.

Wasn't Impressed with this location. Interior needs to be updated, bathrooms were dirty, multiple ceiling tiles inside were missing or badly stained throughout the restaurant and the two Kiosks that are used for ordering were sticky and smeary to the point where my finger turned grey after touching it. The food wasn't good either, ordered a classic crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a fountain beverage, Chicken was cold and tasted like an old sponge or an old shoe insole. The fries were lukewarm and not crispy. The ONLY thing that was good about my first visit to this KFC was the service, Employees were polite and friendly. Eight dollars for this and I could have gone to Walmart across the street and gotten more chicken for half the price.

Unaware of the change,I bought chicken tenders and they no longer come in extra crispy. The original is trash ,don't waste your money. Spent $12 for some soggy chicken for lunch.

I have questions. I used to go here 2xs a month. My order was always jacked up and the food tasted like something someone drug from the dumpster last week. My brother goes to same location weds 12/18 and it was amazing!! How??!!
Online order, states ready in 20 minutes. Arrive at store when food supposed to be done, rudely told won't be ready for 20 minutes. Wait 30 minutes, finally got food. Initially tried to cancel order but was rudely told they can't cancel. Nor will they provide a receipt. Never ever will visit this KFC again.

The tenders are no longer extra crispy and taste different. Use to love their Cole slaw. That has also changed and taste is no good!..never going back to this KFC...?

Order was incorrect, missing items. Sides we're mixed in a container without lids and then thrown in the bag upside down. --- Update- I have yet to get a correct order from this location and when you take the issue to the manager it's met with attitude.
