My food was fine, but this is the second time I’ve ordered 12 pieces, driven home, and ended up with only 10 pieces. I am not sure what the problem is, but it is frustrating.

Very friendly people a staff member even walked around making sure everyone was doing okay, I have not seen customer service this good in a long time! Food was good as well and was fresh not burnt or cold, I would recommend.

Ordered 3 meals to go, all were terrible. Chicken strips wasn’t crispy and was given original instead of spicy. Chicken was greasy. Biscuits was so salty you couldn’t eat them.

Drove 30 minutes to get gizzards to get there and the guy say they aren't making anymore tonight. The store wasn't closing for another hour. Don't worry we won't be back. Wouldn't want anyone to do their jobs. He also needs to put a uniform on. Jeans and a dirty t-shirt seem unsanitary.
1st time ever at a Lee's chicken. I've always heard they were nasty, & yes it was. I got 6 piece chicken wings with mashed potatoes & okra. Okra was good. Potatoes had to much pepper. The chicken was so dried out couldn't see or taste the chicken. It was the worst chicken I've ever had. My boyfriend got hot wings & green beans. Chicken dried out, but the green beans were good. I don't think I will ever try them again.

Ordered online 10 minutes before leaving to head to the store. Arrived 10 minutes later. They had not even noticed the printed recipe for the order to begin making the order when I walked in. Had to show them the order had been placed online for then to begin it. Food is overly dry. Service was terrible. You could tell the employees did not want to be there

It was the most dried out overcooked chicken I have ever bought. I got the 12 wings because I figured it would make 3 meals. As soon as I bit into the first one I had no desire to eat it for two more days and didn’t finish the first four. Dry to the bone. Stringy and hard to chew. Wings are my favorite part of the chicken and I was so excited to see a wings only option. Extremely disappointed in this visit. I will say it seemed to be well seasoned so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
