Ordered online 10 minutes before leaving to head to the store. Arrived 10 minutes later. They had not even noticed the printed recipe for the order to begin making the order when I walked in. Had to show them the order had been placed online for then to begin it. Food is overly dry. Service was terrible. You could tell the employees did not want to be there

It was the most dried out overcooked chicken I have ever bought. I got the 12 wings because I figured it would make 3 meals. As soon as I bit into the first one I had no desire to eat it for two more days and didn’t finish the first four. Dry to the bone. Stringy and hard to chew. Wings are my favorite part of the chicken and I was so excited to see a wings only option. Extremely disappointed in this visit. I will say it seemed to be well seasoned so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

1 of very few places that still sells chicken gizzards & livers. Fan of Lee's (location not important) Famous Fried Chicken for over 50 years. Best chicken fried steak, bar none, I have ever eaten. With so many more fried chicken chains open today, I'm so glad Lee's is 1 of 4 chicken places in existence from my childhood. All 4 still offer better tasting chicken than the new chains.
Parking: All locations. Closest to me is Arnold. Worth the 1-1/2 hr drive. Wish St. Francois Co. would open a few.

The staff really is amazing! I arrived at dinner rush hour. Extremely busy with a lot of hungry people waiting for their dinner. I can’t pick a particular person to shout out too. It was TEAMWORK all the way. I am not sure if they were short staff or someone was on break or lunch. They were popping tonight. I don’t hear no one complain about the wait. Whatever this team has in the back is rare. I hope the owner really values the hard working people in this place. I would suggest a raise please.
Went to the Arnold location for wings. I went inside for my to go order. The young man was polite, friendly, and helpful. They did not have enough whole wings to complete my order so he offered the option of wings pieces to complete it or 9 minutes to fresh made. I took the pieces. I love that he offered me the option. Food was hot and delicious when I got out home. We'll done Lee's Chicken!

So I'm confused. Are the workers paying for every butter & jelly packet given out? Because that's how they act. I don't know who needs to hear this but I need more that one butter packet for a biscuit, corn on the cob & mashed potatoes. And is it a requirement to have a poor attitude to work a drive thru at all Lee's? It seems to be a common theme.

I've been there twice I've got family 8 piece meals and never have I seen a biscuit that is supposed to come with the meal. At this point they owe me about 24 Biscuits.
