Another great meal! I ordered the Angus potato. After walking up to the counter and looking at the menu again, I sat back down. Amanda noticed I was looking for something and came to the table to ask if everything was OK. I told her I thought it had Bleu cheese on it. She offered me gorgonzola and brought me a cup to sprinkle on my potato. It was perfect! She was very attentive and cheerful. Such great service! Thank you, Amanda and McAlisters (Arnold)!

The quality of food is excellent. Staff are very friendly and it is always clean. This has become our new favorite place to grab an excellent salad. Tried the Memphian sandwich this time also, it was loaded and well flavored.

I can never speak more highly of this place. The food is consistently good, the employees are always friendly, and the service is pretty quick (even when they're slammed). I don't think I've ever missed part of my order even when they put together everything for my family of five to take home. Pricing is the only complaint I could possibly have, but the quality and quantity of toppings usually makes me forget the wallet pain. Probably the only chain restaurant I can consistently give 5 stars to.

My wife is a huge McAlister’s fan; I’m not big on soups or salads. But I think she converted me a bit after a visit here. The staff we engaged with were extremely nice and attentive. Plus the food was great.
My chicken and dumplings were delicious and the pepper jack turkey sandwich was super tasty. Soft bread, everything was fresh.
Refills were offered proactively and the whole experience was great. Definitely looking forward to going back. :-)
Had the roast beef with au jus. It was very good. Also the Berries and Cream Cheesecake which is great but the President Cheesecake would be my first choice, its great.

I love this place!! I always get The Veggie Sandwich ( a few substitutions and easily made vegan) with a side of fruit or the veggie chili (vegan) they are all delicious ? Quick friendly service and always a clean restaurant.

Had the spicy turkey melt and potato salad. Was it good? Sandwich was ok but nothing to write home about. Potato salad was pretty good. Was it worth a nearly 40 minute wait for a to-go order? Not really. I could have gone to jersey mikes and gotten a better sandwich in less than 10 min.

I must confess, I had not eaten at McAlister's deli until we ordered catering and received some coupons for a free meal as a thank-you.
It was a really wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was nice as I hung out for a few minutes for them to freshly make my carry out order, and the food was excellent indeed.
I'm sure it's their most popular sandwich for a reason, but I had the McAlister's club....it was a delicious sandwich. It's a generous portion, a lot of flavor and ingredients, and they were strategic in the use of toothpicks to hold it together when served, it was so substantial!
I will definitely be back. Well done, McAlister's!
