people are not too smart. got handed the wrong bag told them. asked me to pull up and wait. I did and got the same bag again. pay us more but I can't read a number on a receipt to know who is waiting for what.
Terrible customer service by manager Lexi. I paid on app and went to go inside to pick up, app instructed me to do that, only to find doors locked. Called store and was told by Lexi “I don’t know what to tell you the dining area is closed!” Went thru drive thru and they wanted me to pay again! Showed Lexi where it was deducted from my account and she says “what do you what food or refund”… then slams the window door and walks away!
