This morning I ordered my typical sausage egg and cheese bagel as part of the 2 for $5. She says the total. I said it's 2 for $5. She told me bagels aren't part of that deal. I told her it always has been. She made me feel I was the the dumb one when really she was. Then I pulled up to pay and get food and two of them were laughing and not giving a crap about their job. Normally this location is good,especially when manager is there. I almost drove off but I wanted food. Hire people that care !

Lady at 1st windows didn't even take are card for pay had to go to the 2nd window then the manager demanded to have are card to pay my fiance got watered down dr pepper doesn't ever taste like it might've been diet and I got a mcdouble plain with bacon without the bacon plus it was slopply made đĄ

Very nice McDonald's super clean smells are gray and good like the food only complaint is service being a bit slow but it's okay I know they are trying there best I don't blame them being off the highway and near all these other businesses and this has to be the only McDonald's I've been to that has the cleanest bathroom! đđ

I came here today Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at about 7:15 AM. I sat in the drive-through almost 2 minutes before I ended up pulling off almost 20 cars ended up doing the same thing when I pulled around the workers were sitting inside doing nothing they werenât taking anyoneâs orders or doing anything at all or even communicating with us on the speakers. They never said a single word and everybody would pull up and wait forever and then pull off. the first window had two people in there one was sitting down and looked like it was an older person in a managers outfit bc it was gray and one was standing up next to him/her and as I drove past the second window, there was a man standing in there too. I donât know what was going on, but I promise it was probably literally about 20 people leaving and they didnât say a word on any of the speakers. Hopefully the owner see this and those people get reprimanded because thatâs unacceptable. I have almost a two minute long video of the interaction if the owner wants to reach out and give me an email to send it to Iâm more than willing. People are in a hurry and on their way to work I was actually working and ran up there to get a coffee and had to leave and go somewhere else. Customer service is dead here. they got better things to do than operate the facility obviously.

I don't know why, but they RARELY get my order correct. I order on the app and pickup curbside, and they nearly always get items wrong or simply forget them altogether. Contacting them doesn't help, as they don't reach out to fix the problem.
Too cheap to give refills. Frys cold and older than the reagan administraition. And not a single fry was alterd before i took this picture.

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! They told me after the food was all done that they just put the cookies in! Why couldn't they have been in while still working on the order? I waiting over 10 minutes for fries and cookies!!! Worst service possible!!

Service isnt that great anymore. Gotta wait a few minutes to get help or sauce or ANYTHING! Instead of giving you a refill inside they give you a whole new drink thats 60% ice.
