I don't know why, but they RARELY get my order correct. I order on the app and pickup curbside, and they nearly always get items wrong or simply forget them altogether. Contacting them doesn't help, as they don't reach out to fix the problem.

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! They told me after the food was all done that they just put the cookies in! Why couldn't they have been in while still working on the order? I waiting over 10 minutes for fries and cookies!!! Worst service possible!!

Service isnt that great anymore. Gotta wait a few minutes to get help or sauce or ANYTHING! Instead of giving you a refill inside they give you a whole new drink thats 60% ice.

i went through the drive thru today and not only did they try getting around doing my drive thru code until i caught it.. they quite literally THREW my food at me through the window. i got a large fry which only about 5 of those fries were in the actual container. the rest were scattered throughout the bag. i asked her for bbq sauce and she quite literally looked at me like it was the end of the world. i told her to have a nice day and thank you and her reply was “yep” and slammed the window. 🙃 will not be going to this location ever again.

The service was very bad. The food was old and dry like it has been sitting there for 2 hours and the nuggets tasted like they were cooked in stale oil.
Every single time I go to your McDonald's in the morning for breakfast and the black girl in the drive-thru (at the window where you get your food) is very rude. She practically throws your drinks and food at you. It's very forceful like. Doesn't smile. Doesn't say have a good day. Nothing. If I were a manager I wouldn't want her working with the public. She doesn't seem to have the personality for it. I'd probably have her cooking food instead.
This has happened MULTIPLE times. I've just ignored it, but today was worse and I just had to say something.
