I sat inside and waited on my mobile order to be done FOR 30 MINUTES after I had gotten the notification that it was ready. (Then also witnessed an employee drop a pair of tongs on the ground and picked them up and put them right back onto the food) !!! All of that to finally get my food and then the food is STILL NOT RIGHT. EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND MY BURGER WAS WRONG

The manager dena was disrespectful and rude she embarrassed me in front of my kids. She wouldn’t let us add a fry at the widow and made us go all the way back through the drive through. She was screaming and it was unbelievable. Please hire a new manager because she’s worthless.

Crew trainer or manager working tonight is super rude and should either get talked to or fired. Super rude. Told me to go get my soda at the gas station and was talking in a very bad tone to me. Resulting in a no sale for you guys. If there was a general manager or someone around I know she would be talked to. Short, burnette, with glasses

I just have to comment that the lady at the drive thru, despite clearly seeing 2 people and her having 2 sodas for us, handed them out in a cardboard carrying box then, before she could be told we don't need it, closed the window. I took the sodas out, put them in the soda holders and, when she opened the window, tried to give her the carrier back. She, very rudely said, "I can't take that back, there's a trash can over there". How about asking if someone needs a carrier first or not being so unnecessarily rude when someone is just trying to save money and not create more trash. Also, why were my fries stone cold when I got my food at 10:45? Do better.
Fries were cold. Burgers and nuggets were ok. Servers were very nice though

There is one fella there that is super nice & friendly and SO FAR the ice cream machine has always been working at this location. Also they have one of the only play places around! My daughter had so much fun she didnt want to leave. IT was pretty quiet for a saturday night too. Oh and it was CLEAN. I'm grateful they still have a play place and for it to be clean at that :)

I asked for a medium fry and a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese the fry is Half full and the quarter pounder meat is rip in haft and the sandwich is cold .
