I'm glad the snack wraps are back, I'm a huge fan but it's becoming problematic how often the chicken strips aren't fully cooked. Also, more times than not, the fries are old or under done (soggy) and over-salted. I know it gets busy, but please stop serving undercooked food.

Every time it seems like I try to use a reward on the kiosk It won’t work. Freezes up and the cashier usually helps but tonight she didn’t like people rely on deals to eat now a days and I get scammed and have to wait 15 minutes for no reason

This was by far the WORST experience I have had with this location. The fries were soggy and cold. The cheeseburgers were sloppy and extremely greasy. The nuggets stuck together like glue. I vomited all night and this morning. Just because it is “fast food” doesn’t mean it has to be complete garbage. Too expensive for that! Won’t be back.

the blonde girl is extremely RUDE. spilled the drink on my significant other and just said “my fault” and slammed the window. i went for 2 apple pies and a chips ahoy frappe. she acted like it bothered her so much. sorry for making u do ur job. this is the worst location ive ever been too

they messed up my order two times and when I called the second time, the manager laughed at me and refused to fix my order because she said that I was already up there To get my order fixed and I told her that they screwed up again and she said do you have a receipt and I said I’m looking at it right now and I have two cheeseburgers in my bag, but my receipt says that I ordered two 10 piece chicken nuggets and she said well you should’ve came inside and showed me the receipt and I told her but you told me to go through the drive-thru and that you would just let them know and then she hung up on me and I called back and told her that she was very unprofessional and she started laughing and I asked for her name and she refused to do that and hung up on me again. The were very unprofessional and they had no idea what they were doing

Waited 29 minutes and the kid finally asked what my # was Went back and filled my order and brought back part of the order. I told him he’s missing the rest of the order. He gets the rest of it and I thought I had everything after checking the 3 bags got home and 1 syrup out of 3 big breakfast. I give them 1 star. Avoid this place cause this isn’t the first time they messed up

Food was normal? I think that is a reasonable word to describe McDonald’s.

They do the thing that I absolutely hate where they have you pay for your food at the drive through and then drive away and hope they bring your food. It’s stupid and is not customer centric.

We have the least amount of issues and the highest chance of fresh food and respectful service here than the majority of McDonald's. Compared to other places I've reviewed, i'd say this location is top 3 on the Saint Louis area
