Pizzas & staff were great but this location/ franchise apparently does *not* participate/ give rewards that are offered via email from the parent company. Email says 25 bonus points when you order Mike's Hot Honey Pizza, but my rewards do not reflect it. This is the 2nd time I didn't get bonus points per emailed offer. Last time I thought maybe their system isn't up to date, but when it happened again it makes me think they're just not participating. Maybe if they did participate they would get more customers.

I attempted to order through their automated system, it did not send my order through correctly. That was not their fault. Tessa the manager was very professional about everything, fixed it immediately.

I haven't been to MOD in a couple years and was really lookimg forward to this. Unfortunately, it was not worth it.
Came here for my birthday to try the cauliflower crust pizza (due to a new diet). The parking lot was roped off to be repaved so the place was dead.
We came in and ordered. The worker just wrote the order down rather than walking through with us. When it came out I was sorely disappointed.
My pizza only had cheese in the very center and not spread out and was missing toppings. My son's was burnt.
Spent over $30 for 3 small pizzas and not a single one was fully eaten due to issues.

This place pretty clearly pre makes a bunch of cheese pizzas and then when you order from DoorDash they just add the toppings, probably toss it back in the oven for another minute and then send it out. Itâs always ice cold when I get delivery from them - and itâs legit a 20min delivery timeline from order to drop off.
Can you guys at least leave the pizzas in for 5 minutes after adding the toppings? ?ââď¸

Super quick, super great food.
I personally really love this location. It's in the middle of a really really busy part of town, but inside its super easy going and peaceful. ? It's a cozy nook in the middle of all the hustle and bustle and I love it. If you've never been to ?MOD, its got amazing customizable pizzas and salads that are all only around 10$. Plus they have Beer ? which is great with Pizza.
Would be great if this location still had beer on tap. Especially with it being fall, maybe some pumpkin beer and a pbr or something ?ââď¸ would be perfect, and make mod the spot for real.
Seems like anymore when you go into a mod though (Not Arnold: just speaking from experience at st charles, st peters) people are always tired and grouchy. I get it, work sucks, life happens, all that and such. But, im just looking to get pizza and hang out. Lets be cherry together through our shitty days. Obviously not an everytime or everyone problem, but often enough anymore that me and different friends expect it. I really appreciate the positive vibes at this store and how rad everyone is. Thank you for making it a wonderful visit!

It was a great building but not the brightest workers. I asked for a large, he confirmed to me that I wanted a large pizza, I confirmed with him if what I got was a large pizza, I go outside and my wife says that isnât a large so I go in and ask and he says âno thatâs the medium style size we have with mega doughâ, as we both stand corrected at his mistake for not telling me they donât carry large pizzas, and the fact that I asked for a REGULAR pizza not âextra doughâ, the amt of money I wasted on a pizza made wrong is amazing bc he didnât even stand up to a singular customer support value by trying to fix it in fact he went on by his day after i asked my question and didnât acknowledge me from that point on. This place is full of idiots. Itâs annoying I have to spend my last dollars on something I couldnât even get my money back on.
