It was offensive to sit and eat dinner while a tall dark haired male employee (I heard him called ricky) swatted a female employee with a wet towel numerous times on her butt as they ran around the table in the back of the restaurant as if they were children. I didn't feel respected as a customer and would have liked to enjoy my meal without this happening. Common to find employees playing at this panda. Food is hit or miss, depends on who the cook is. The food tonight was very good, but the customer experience was lacking.

I am beyond disappointed with how tonight went with my food. In my receipt you can see that I got honey chicken and teriyaki chicken. However; you can see in my box that there is no teriyaki chicken. Well that’s because 10 minutes after my order in the app said it was completed it was not. They said that they had to wait for more teriyaki chicken. Okay fine no problem. The problem was that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that when I got my food it was raw and pink. I went back in the line and told the manager it was still raw. He said he was sorry and that he checked it before it went out. Do he did not he was taking trash out with the new girl. Don’t like to me. Then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted the container that had the raw chicken. No thank I do not want the container of raw chicken. Looking back I wish I would have taken it so that I could post that picture.

So I wanted to test the New Burbon chicken and Chris said that they are not allowed to give samples out????? Can a manager please respond and tell me if this is true or not??? How would I kno if I like it??

Chris was very helpful and provided me with an excellent meal! Always return to Arnold because the Lindbergh location is unreliable, this one is the best!

Worst Panda Express every waited 20 minutes for food that I ordered awhile ago. Everybody standing around including manager while one person working with a big line! Ask manager why just standing around he said I got this obviously you don’t I do t recommend coming here

Fried rice had 90% carrots and peas other 10 was hard almost uncooked rice it was almost like chewing rocks and cant forget about the orange chicken was really nasty very fatty. Will not be going back

Ordered Uber eats. Received half the container of rice and only one of my entrees. When I called the manager was nice but says he wasn’t watching and they were busy. They will replace my entrée someday in the future if I want to come in and get it.

This used to be one of my go to places. They never minded catering to my picky child's request until recently. Now I walk in and wait, many times in a line, while they fill online orders. The food quality has went down hill in recent months. It seems like they aren't rotating out the food if it sits too long. Now all the sudden, today after more than 2 years of doing a special request for a child they tell me they can't do that anymore. Instead, I would have to order from the Ala Carta menu. I can do the math. It is a way to charge me $1.50 more for the same thing. Apparently, it is no longer about customer service, but $$$$$$. Shame on you.
