Worker got an attitude when I asked how long would the wait be for white steamed rice said it would be an hour... even heard one of the cooks say he turned it off... it's 7pm on a friday why are they not doing prep for dinner rush?

I just stopped by this restaurant. It was close to closing time and they offered to make anything fresh for me that they were out of. I asked for the string bean chicken and they made me a fresh batch and ended up giving me the rest that was in the wok because they said at the end of the night it is thrown away so instead of wasting it. They gave me a very, very large portion. I cannot say enough good things about the employees here every time. I've been and it's been friendly, smiling faces with it even being close to closing and around the holidays. I will go out of my way to stop by this one store.

I ordered crab Rangoon’s and got egg rolls even though there was a label put on the wrapper itself that says crab Rangoon. Some beef would’ve been nice with my broccoli and beef, pretty much nothing but broccoli.

So I order an entree at premium price and ya boy is smiling at me at the drive thru. I guess you think it’s cute to barely give me any food for those prices. I usually get my entire bowl filled up. So now here we are.. I will be sitting at the drive thru and examining my food each time before I leave and if need be I will come inside the store and have a talk

The food is like it is at every panda. The problem is the manager would rather giggle on his phone while he has a line out the door than to get his hands dirty in the trenches with his peons.
This place is extremely disappointing. Not only did we not get half our food but the service was terrible. We were missing two of our meats from our order and what meat was there was extremely fatty and gross. Not to mention when we pulled up to pay not much was said, just a hand held out for payment and a bag of food given back. I’ve never had such an experience at a Panda Express and today showed me why this location has such bad reviews. I would highly suggest checking on management and staff here cause clearly something is very wrong.

Got there 25 minutes before close and the workers seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and once it was finally time for us to order they refused to make more of what we wanted even though we had to wait 15 minutes to even get waited on. this is ridiculous and not how you run a business.
