For the most part, their food is great. I took it down one star however, because, other than salads, their menu has almost nothing for people who have to watch their carb, sugar, or cholesterol intake. Other than the salads, the only thing I can safely eat there is their spinach and bacon soufflè. This is a great place for a business meeting, or to get some work done on your laptop.
Avoid ordering if using door dash, store kept multiple dashers from picking up order and was stuck in a continuous preparing order loop. After waiting 45 min (before dinner rush hours), canceled order.
charged for a 2nd salad that I did not order. When I pointed it out to them, she was snippy when she did my refund. I won't be back
Oh my goodness this place is truly Christian with kind people working there. The food is wholesome. The pastries are addicting!
I love swinging by here when I'm in the area, the staff is so friendly even early in the morning, which i appreciate so much. The service is speedy and done well. They have the drive thru or if you want to go inside, you have the option of having an employee take your order or ordering on a kiosk. Signing up for Panera rewards is also a good idea, even if you only go a few times a year.
The only negative thing I will say is this.....when i meet my dad for breakfast or lunch here from time to time, sometimes the cafe area is a bit dirty. Not every time though. There's also tons of outdoor seating!
Friendly service. A bit pricey. Good food.
Sandwiches were good but my soup was luke warm and do not get the new blueberry lavender lemonade, it does not taste like blueberries or lavender, it tastes like sour lemonade with food coloring in it.

Made me wait 22 minutes for my food. Brought me the wrong food and then had to get a refund. Absolute pathetic service do not ever go there, that is my recommendation.

Here is the Dilly-O, it was started (and always will be) as St. Louis Bread Co.
It's great food; they have from healthy food to, fresh 🍓 🍑, to bear claws. I don't like to download apps for every store but their "my Panera Club" is worth downloading. It's pretty easy to get free food. If your one of those communist who doesn't like coffee, check out there Chai tea.
They are kind of expensive 🫰🏻 but the quality of food is excellent. Be sure to get a slice of cranberry and 🍊 loaf of bread.

I have been addicted to Bread Co for over 20 years and this is by far the best location in the Saint Louis area. They are always nice, polite and I never have an issue with my order. Delivery, drive thru or in person. Thank you guys for doing an awesome job!

Pathetic amount of Green Goddess dressing, cherry tomato for scale.
Prices are outrageous for "upscale hospital food", $19 for one bowl of soup and half a Green Goddess salad.

The dining area is disgusting and they never clean. The female manager is incredibly rude. They consistently get customer's orders wrong and when you politely ask them to fix your order, they respond in a very rude and unprofessional manner. If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would.

Always consistent and comfortable environment. Easy to set up and work from computer. Panera is my go-to when I need a place to work (work remotely) and grab a bite to eat.

I ordered an italiano with all salami instead of ham and I got an oil soaked sandwich with only cheese, salami and pepperoncini. Inedible and way too expensive for this terrible experience. Kicking myself for wasting my time and money at this place for trash.
