I'm not on here to bash Panera or any workers. Just commenting on my experiences. It seems to me that when they come out with a new sandwich, it is made perfect. I scarf it down every time and the next time I get it, the sandwich quality is not as good as it was the first time. Then they are constantly changing it up and that sandwich disappears. If you make the sandwich a certain way when it is first presented, KEEP PREPARING IT THE SAME WAY!

Food is generally good, and the people are nice generally, but the service is slowwwwwww.
Shockingly slow. You think the person in front of you must be ordering food for twenty, but then they just get a little bag. It just took that long. I don’t know why the person taking the order takes the cash too, but if you’d like to speed up, change that. No other drive thru runs this way still, and they all charge less, so it would seem there’s room. Maybe not. Or just put a good multitasker there.

Sadly at 3 PM this location was out of strawberries so no strawberries for salad or strawberry lemonade. Chose beef dipper and bowl of onion soup with ablueberry lavender tea. All delicious as usual. Just wasn't what I came in for. The woman taking orders was so apologitic while also being pleasant .

Ordered a cup of Chicken noodle soup for my lunch. Got only broth with 3 small pieces of floating chicken & a carrot. Arnold location hasn’t been decent for a while.

Keeps trying to sell these old parfaits and give you trouble when you ask for a fresh one. Left photo is what they handed me, asked for them to remake it (after the 3rd ask) and this one is obviously fresher.
Please stop pre making these and just make to order.

They have attitude I drove her for Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich didn't have avocado so ask if I can get a discount are take off the price for the avocado she said no with an attitude I pulled off only sandwich I wanted take the difference off not paying full for sandwiches and need getting the full sandwich

The coffee was too strong and tasted burnt. I drink the light roast all the time, but this was awful.
I went through the drive thru this morning. I got there at 9:50 the time I left…. 10:40!!! 50 minutes in the drive thru!!!! Absolutely insane! They weren’t even that busy! If you have this much trouble keeping up with inside and the drive thru it might be best just to shut down the drive thru! I will NEVER be back.

Workers are great. Food was great. Went in wends 7/30 at around 8am and female manager was talking to a worker about how a complaint was made on another manager and nothing was done about it. Cashier asked for help from the same manager and she said “we don’t have anyone to help figure it out”. Manager stood at the computer and didn’t put down a tablet standing there the whole time not lifting a finger to help. Poor workers were working their tails off and the manager refused to help

Please help me understand how I’m standing there for 10 damn minutes. With 8 different employees noticing me and the family behind me standing there waiting for someone to come to the register, yet not even one of them happened to mention oh hey we have a self serve thing you can use btw. I haven’t come here much cause it’s expensive these days but figured hey I’ll get treat cause those aren’t badly priced and ended up just walking out cause the family noticed the small self serf thing that looks just like a checkout machine so I figured maybe someone would show up but obviously not. ☠️
