This location is always jam packed in the drive thru is always very long and busy. It usually isn’t a problem to wait but you’ll be waiting here for 20 minutes for online drive thru pickup. They need separate lanes like they do in Manchester location.

So I just order breakfast for 3, the cancelled and refunded 1, now my toddler has no food coming! Like why not call and ask what to replace it with?? You just cancelled and sent a partial order, why would I even have ordered if it wasn't complete?

My husband's half sandwich was the size of a baguette, usually it's bigger. I gave him the other half of my sandwich because I was already full. His meal was smaller than usual.

This location has gone down hill after Elise left. They are constantly out of stuff, short staffed, and take forever to get orders out. Tonight there was one car in front of me and I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to order and when I received my two soft drinks. Manager on duty didn't seem to care.

I had went through the drive through, and had an order of an iced coffee latte & the strawberry banana smoothie. I waited in the line for what felt like forever, which I understand, everyone is short staffed. The lady who took my order was disinterested and very bland, which I get it, work sucks. When I received my smoothie though, it was very odd. It was so runny and liquidy I asked if they always make them that way, and she said yes, to which I said if I had known the smoothies were liquid and not thick I wouldn’t have spent $8 on a tiny thing. They said they can’t re make them or refund so I was basically stuck with a melted fruit juice.
This location use to be so good and pleasant but I can see why the company is declining.

Has anyone noticed how high the prices have gotten and how much the portions of pick two are decreased...it's really sad this place was always my favorite not anymore. Soups are watered done sandwiches meat is skimpy ..it's a rip off for the price. Unhappy customers.

Love the Bread Co. Very friendly workers, a good selection of foods, and timely service. Waiting for my order, I had a very nice conversation with a sweet lady who takes care of her elderly mother.

A lot of errors made with food here lately, especially with pickup/.to go orders. Management has been seen being rude to customers and employees. Spend a lot of money at this location but we plan on changing locations.

The foods good and the workers are very kind but this location seems to always be out of many ingredients and produce. Not sure why this is but don’t do online delivery orders!! Seems like a management issue, not the employees faults.

I placed a mobile order for a sandwich via drive-up pickup. I arrived in the drive-thru when my order was shown “ready” on the app. After a 15 min wait in the drive thru, I was directed to Drive-Thru Spot #1, where I waited an additional 15 minutes with no update.

When I went inside to check on my order, staff were unable to locate it. I spoke with Elizabeth, the manager, who had me follow her to the drink area while she made coffees. She then told me the original sandwich was missing and she would remake it.

I asked if a small gesture, such as a $5 gift card, could be offered due to the inconvenience. She declined and stated she could only offer a pastry or a refund. I declined the pastry, as it wasn’t something I would eat.

Elizabeth never once apologized or gave me her full attention during our conversation. She appeared too busy working on another order and honestly seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. The interaction felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I asked her for a refund and left.

I’m not upset about the sandwich itself, but rather the lack of communication and poor customer service throughout the situation. An apology would have gone a long way. It’s the least she could have done after waiting 30 minutes for a forgotten order.

Slow. Seems to be always out of ingredients for the items I want. Also forget some items in our bag. Terrible. Not worth going back for. My sandwich was wrong as well. Did I mention it was very slow. Waited 40 minutes for an order, 1 sandwich, 1 salad, 1 soup, and 2 Mac and cheese.

Horrible! I've been buying Chocolate Chip Muffies for years. This month only i had to trash my fifth order. They are over baked, cheewy inside and completely dry all-around. The color is almost brown. I have no idea how they can keep selling that stuff for $3 a piece.
Anyway waiting time on drive thru is not more acceptable. If you stop to order coffe and croissant before work, with just two cars ahead of you, there's 100% chance youll be late. Overpriced for service, food quality & quantity.
