This is including minors who have had little to no experience driving, are expected to arrive on time on roads currently packed with cars stuck in snow. Absolutely appauling.

Great Place. We placed our order after leaving Six Flags and it was hot and ready to go when we arrived. Sweet girl was cleaning up and working when we arrived and handed me our order very quickly and was so sweet!

Went to pick up my pizzas after the tracker said they were ready. When I got there, I was told they weren't in the oven yet and it would be at least another 10 minutes, they said they're busy. This is the 2nd time in a row this happened. When I got the pizzas home, the pepperoni pizza only had cheese, not a single pepperoni. My other pizza was chicken, jalapeño, and pineapple; there may have been 5 pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. Very disappointing pizzas and service.

Went to pick up my pizzas after the tracker said they were ready. When I got there, I was told they weren't in the oven yet and it would be at least another 10 minutes, they said they're busy. This is the 2nd time in a row this happened. When I got the pizzas home, the pepperoni pizza only had cheese, not a single pepperoni. My other pizza was chicken, jalapeño, and pineapple; there may have been 5 pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. Very disappointing pizzas and service.

Called manager about the problem and she assured me that the pizza was boxed perfectly by her and it Must have been door dash that messed it up. It was so weird because I ordered directly from the PJ website. As if I was lying, She offered a coupon for a free pizza and a brownie. Needless to say, because I only ordered to participate in this school fundraiser for my kids school, I will never patronize again.

Website wouldn't allow a split payment (gift card+debit) The woman on the phone's customer service skills should be used as an example of what you shouldn't do...comically bad experience twice. We order from Imperial now.

Every single time I have placed an order at this location they have messed it up. Just ordered a small cheese pizza for my daughter and they sent a cheese stick with the cheese all over the place, half of it not even on the sticks and they stuck in a cheese dipping sauce. How do you mess up a cheese pizza? The pizza I ordered for myself, is paper thin and floppy. I called the store twice to see if they could rectify the issue. The first time I called, they picked up the phone and left it on the counter and then hung up after two minutes. The second time I called I spoke to the manager who told me to come and get it with a disgusting tone. I have worked in the food industry and this is not acceptable. these guys take zero pride in their work. The manager called me rude after I asked her why they couldn’t deliver it, and this is the 3rd time they have done this to me. If the owner is reading this, you should fire the line and get yourself a new manager at Arnold. Arnold I rate one star just because the driver was nice. The Imperial store 5 out of 5. Absolute worst at Arnold. Abysmal, even. terrible pizza and terrible staff. avoid this place.

Tonight they got our order wrong and when we called about it offered no apologies, no offer to correct it and said they made what we ordered. It’s terrible when you spend your money, don’t even get what you ordered and then are told we made what you ordered. You should be ashamed of yourselves Arnold Papa John’s!
