Penn Station East Coast Subs

We have been to this location a total of 3x now... 1st time was great... past 2x were awful, employee got 3 subs wrong, called when we got home n saw were all wrong ! employee was not helpful n told us tt mjr... we did the next day, she promised us replacements bc was told cannot reverse charges.. she also stated she has tt same employee in the past over same issues.. so coupons never came in mail as promised, I called her back, stated owner was in charge n guess he did not do it, stated she would... finally got them 2 more calls later.., only coupons for buy 1 get 1 free small subs ! no replacement of subs at all...will not be back !

Horrible the the tables were dirty Guy with the man bun was talking on phone when doing sandwichs. The sandwich wasn't made properly hardly no meat no onions and mayo and mushrooms.No way i will return to this location. There was nobody there no reason the order should of been wrong.

They messed up my cheesesteak adding mushrooms and mayo to it which i did not order, the fries weren't cooked and the place smelled bad. This is the second Penn Station I tried and the results were the same. Poor quality, lack of attention to the orders and disgusting fries. I won't be going back.

$40 for 2 subs and a fry. You’re better off going anywhere else

Breed Love and Xavier were GREAT at customer service and the food was super delicous. These 2 gentlemen made a really good impression. I will return for sure.

This is the worst location and the most expensive just drive a few miles to the Fenton store way better everything and and cheaper!

Just stopped in here for the first time in a while man was it good ! And the people was so nice the guy making my food i believe his name was Chad he was so nice and friendly! He made me have the bigest smile he just talked and smiled while he made my food! We need more people like that in the work place i will be back food was great people was awesome all and all win win

I love Penn station Philly cheesesteaks but when I got one from the Arnold location I was very disappointed. Two bites in and a big chunk of uncut meat pulled out of the sandwich but what really sucks is it was dry and bland... I hate a dry sandwiche and at the very least it should taste good. I've never been disappointed by the Philly cheese steak at other locations. I'm not sure what's going on here. Also I drove several several miles out of my way to get a sandwich from there. 🙁

I went in and ordered a roast beef sandwich told them I wanted American cheese on it. This is the second time I've been there and they have charged me way too much for a sandwich only this time they forgot to put the pizza sauce on. And they also forgot to put on the other topic. When they showed me the sandwich all they served me was just meat and cheese and nothing else. They did an absolute terrible job, And I feel like they ripped me off $18! I'm not happy with the store.

Vegetarian options: They didn't put any vegetables or any other toppings on the sandwich. They just made it meat and cheese and they did not put the pizza sauce on there as I had asked. This is the second time I've been over that restaurant and they have ripped me off twice. The one in Columbus Ohio did a much better job!

The food tastes like the grill is dirty and the worker threw my straws at me. So I def won’t be returning. It’s like it gets worse every time you visit and Penn corporate needs to shut this one down. $$ wasted— threw it away bc it literally tasted like dirty grill.

If you want to receive your food, don’t order delivery from this location. They forgot a sandwich out of a 2 sandwich order; so I guess they have 50% accuracy.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Penn station. Guy behind the counter seemed high on something, dropped a customers sandwich on the ground then just picked it up in front of him and put it back in the bag like nothing happened I stayed and waited for my food just to get a sandwich with raw bacon ruining the food for my 9 month pregnant girlfriend. We just took it back in and got a refund won’t be back
