Food is amazing, problem is the phones don’t work so you can’t call ahead to get a Togo order. Besides that food is good way over priced but get your phones looked at.
Ordered a cheese steak with no pizza sauce but with spicy mustard. No onions, no mushrooms, no fing cheese nothing zero

Came her for two longs... Got one long and one sandwich that was about three inches shorter. The chicken teriyaki was so burned that it was not consumable. Paid for a coupon booklet (for charity) but they didn't have it.. not a big deal, it is for charity, but still. When I got home and sa/tasted the sandwiches, left a complaint. Manager called and said she would refund, never happened. Not big money to pursue, but I would avoid this particular location.

I actually LOVE to eat here! The only reason i’m leaving this review is for a warning. I came in tonight about an hour before they closed. The food was great (as always. However, the two people that were working seemed to clash. The manager, a young guy who was wearing a white blues hat was GREAT! He was probably one of the nicest and fastest workers i’ve encountered here. The second worker seemed to be the issue. He was a bald man who seemed to disagree with how the manager worked. He then proceeded to cause a loud altercation where he was very adamant to let everyone in the place know that he was mad and he didn’t agree with the manager. Both workers apologized however, being in the restaurant industry he needs to understand that this should’ve taken place after we left or at least quietly. Even though the bald man apologized, he then proceeded to continue for the third time about the subject. This was after we decided to eat inside but as the bald man kept going at the topic we almost left to eat inside our car. Love the place! Love the food! Don’t love the bald man.

The 3 people on the morning crew working at the Arnold location on 9/5/25 were amazing from start to finish. They were friendly and fast, and they even took the time to double check a few things about how I wanted my order before making the food. I could also just tell they worked really well together as a team and were running a tight ship. Thanks for the good food and great service!

We have been to this location a total of 3x now... 1st time was great... past 2x were awful, employee got 3 subs wrong, called when we got home n saw were all wrong ! employee was not helpful n told us tt mjr... we did the next day, she promised us replacements bc was told cannot reverse charges.. she also stated she has tt same employee in the past over same issues.. so coupons never came in mail as promised, I called her back, stated owner was in charge n guess he did not do it, stated she would... finally got them 2 more calls later.., only coupons for buy 1 get 1 free small subs ! no replacement of subs at all...will not be back !

Horrible the the tables were dirty Guy with the man bun was talking on phone when doing sandwichs. The sandwich wasn't made properly hardly no meat no onions and mayo and mushrooms.No way i will return to this location. There was nobody there no reason the order should of been wrong.

They messed up my cheesesteak adding mushrooms and mayo to it which i did not order, the fries weren't cooked and the place smelled bad. This is the second Penn Station I tried and the results were the same. Poor quality, lack of attention to the orders and disgusting fries. I won't be going back.
$40 for 2 subs and a fry. You’re better off going anywhere else
Breed Love and Xavier were GREAT at customer service and the food was super delicous. These 2 gentlemen made a really good impression. I will return for sure.
