Got one of the deals for 2 pizzas, wings, and cheese sticks and I ordered around 6:50pm or so. It was set to arrive at 7:17pm and I ended up waiting until 7:30 to call the store and find out what was going on. Someone that didn’t even work at the store answered my phone call to basically tell me they weren’t at that store and didn’t have a clue lol She ended up telling me that I would just have to call again so I did and someone from the actual store answered this time. They said that they were just now heading out, did I want a free 2 liter for my inconvenience or whatever? So they got me my food and shorted me one wing and they tasted awful. They we’re supposed to be honey barbecue wings but tasted more like honey cardboard wings without the honey. I threw those away after eating one and the best part about the meal ended up being the free 2 liter of root beer. Obviously the employees can’t control certain online mistakes, errors, or the quality of the ingredients used but man anywhere I go to eat in Arnold, MO pretty much disappoints. That being said, whoever answered the phone from the store and the delivery person were both reasonable even though I was upset and ready for bed.

Took over an hour and a half to get our pizza. When I finally did get our food the order was wrong. I didn't get what I had ordered. I just took the wrong topping pizzas and left. Very disappointed.

We were there on July 27th 2025. Food was fine. The young woman at the register was very nice. A minor mishap with the order of wings. After we finished eating our pizza, the wings were still not ready. When I asked for to refund my card, the nice young woman at the register ran around the store to get assistance but, none to be found. I felt bad for her as once again, she was very nice. She told me my card would be refunded tomorrow. Was there not a manager on duty? We're they in the weeds making food? In the walk in doing whip it's? Out back smoking? I don't expect my car to get refunded. My biggest problem was not the $10ish refund. It is the manager leaving that nice young woman that was working to register hanging. The manager should have come up and taken care of it. No excuse for that. Poor management. The supposed owner responded. Didn't mention my refund. Of course.

Makenzie was a great help. My order was missing a pizza, and she worked to make it right. The food was great. I like that they have a pick up window.

They are on the top 15 restaurants to fail in 2025 can’tI get a Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes? They charge for those sides it’s just a pity they can’t make better pizza. I expect the toppings that I order to be on each slice they’re big on high prices, and shrink fellation. Not good hope the chain dies.
