This store does not have it together. Shorted my order to begin with missing a salad and bread sticks. Call the store to fix it, after getting hung up on a couple times finally get ahold of someone. An hour later replacement arrives not only was the salad still missing the bread sticks were not bread sticks but garlic cheese bread. The food that we got was good, but the fact they couldn’t get an order right two times in a row is a bit much. I’m just eating the cost of the salad and just won’t order there again. Sad because we do like their food.

I've always been a fan of Pizza Hut for years, but today I ordered a large Pizza with chicken wings, garlic parmesan and 2 dipping sauce. They forgot the dipping sauce. I ordered, but charged us 85 cents each for 2 of them. I took a bite into the boneless chicken wings I nearly died when it was rubber. I freaked out and couldn't believe it as I spit it out !!!!!. The Pizza was blah, I guess that's it for Pizza Hut. Save your money and go to someplace else because they are nothing like they used to be.

The staff is under trained with the most basic customer service skills. The wait for pizza is due to many of the staff members are on their phones, chatting in the back, or standing outside. If I order delivery, my meal is typically late due to pick-up wait time.

I Ordered on the app as I am a rewards member, took over 15 minutes longer than the app had noted. Was pulled around the building initially when they told me it was going to be another 5 to 6 minutes. As I waited I pulled back up to the window again and a different worker handed me someone else's order. What a mess. After 20 min passed my order ready time I finally got my food. Disappointed in this place.

I've been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, and it's been 45 minutes since I ordered one small flatbread pizza. I got to the window and the manager said it would be another 30 minutes! There were freaking at least 5 people we saw working in the back too. There's no excuse. We got no apology from the manager either so we asked for a refund. Horrible customer service and horribly run restaurant.
As an update, I unfortunately with dumb enough to try again at this Pizza Hut and got the buffalo chicken melt. I did receive it this time in a timely manner but the melt literally had zero buffalo sauce on it. It only had mozzarella cheese, chicken and tons of huge onions. I won't be going back to try for a third time. This place is horrible.

I ordered 2 orders of meat lovers pizza melts. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:45am. When I picked my order up they only gave me one order, so I had to wait for them to to make another order. I was not happy with my service.

Got one of the deals for 2 pizzas, wings, and cheese sticks and I ordered around 6:50pm or so. It was set to arrive at 7:17pm and I ended up waiting until 7:30 to call the store and find out what was going on. Someone that didn’t even work at the store answered my phone call to basically tell me they weren’t at that store and didn’t have a clue lol She ended up telling me that I would just have to call again so I did and someone from the actual store answered this time. They said that they were just now heading out, did I want a free 2 liter for my inconvenience or whatever? So they got me my food and shorted me one wing and they tasted awful. They we’re supposed to be honey barbecue wings but tasted more like honey cardboard wings without the honey. I threw those away after eating one and the best part about the meal ended up being the free 2 liter of root beer. Obviously the employees can’t control certain online mistakes, errors, or the quality of the ingredients used but man anywhere I go to eat in Arnold, MO pretty much disappoints. That being said, whoever answered the phone from the store and the delivery person were both reasonable even though I was upset and ready for bed.
