Pretty tasty. I just wish I could find someone outside of the mall doing hot buttery Amish-style pretzels. I like Philly style but of all the pretzel shops in St. Louis, why are they ALL Philly style? The service was good and the prices weren't bad. Just disappointed at ANOTHER Philly style pretzel place. Sigh.
I used to go there once or twice a week. I went there today and the pretzels were almost burnt and they didn't taste good at all. I hope you can fix the problem. All the other pretzels were very dark, also.
