Everytime I go they put less and less chicken in my bowl. Used to be a full spoon full, then almost a spoon full, lately a half of spoon full. So, if you like rice, there's plenty of it given.

I did an order through DoorDash, my dad loves Qdoba’s chips and asked for a catering bag, we didn’t get it. It’s refunded no issue there. The chips and queso we did get. Whew, over fried and oil dripping out of the bottom of the paper bag before we got it inside.

When we entered, I had to greet the team member instead of them greeting us. The team member that was serving us was busy barking orders at everyone else, halfway through making our order she took off her apron and announced she was getting off the line and that someone else could take over our order. The burritos themselves looked like a solid baby’s diaper that had been thrown away. The food was cold. Very unsatisfied with our experience! This experience cost us $30.00!

Ordered for the 1st time ever last night for me and my kids. I really wanted Chipotle but half hr drive. So get the food delivered and it isn't at all ok, the rice is hard and crunchy, my daughter had a mini bowl with chicken lettuce cheese and guac. So all was there was huge amount of guac and lettuce. I physically had to dump the insides out on a plate and pick around the hard rice to nibble the other pieces. So disappointed.

I don’t even like the food here but the times I’ve been dragged along I’ve never been disappointed by the classic chips and guacamole. Can’t go wrong, and I’m sure the other food is great too!
I always have such a great experience at this qdoba! I often find myself driving here then the one that is closer to my house. The staff is always super friendly, they’re quick, and their food always statutes so much better. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely fantastic today! Today a young lady named Natalie helped me decide what I was going to get! I was looking for something with a bit of heat so she sampled me a piece of their habanaro lime steak! And my goodness was it SO flavorful!!! I can’t wait to be back for more!!

My son got a kids meal and when asked if he wanted juice or milk he wanted neither. I asked if he could get a fountain soda and the cashier said for an upcharge. I said go ahead. My other son noticed I was charged full price and told me as we sat down.
I brought this up to the manager saying that charging me full price isn't an upcharge, it is buying a separate drink. She began raising her voice saying that even at full price that is an upcharge and became condescending making a scene.
This isn't about the money...I planned to turn down any refund. This is dishonesty and terrible customer service.
This restaurant is penny wise and pound foolish...they individually.counted the number of shrimp going on my son's burrito bowl.
My son has a tradition of eating chipotle before each athletic event and we were trying to open him to Qdoba. I guess we will go back to Chipotle.
