The food was fast and correct. The employees weren't chatty or especially friendly at the window, as usual. Still the best fries anywhere.
UPDATE: I went earlier today, and the older woman who took my order from the walk-up window was such a grouch. If I hadn't promised my kids fries, I would have left immediately.

Do not buy BLT burgers, they are the size of a slider,,, ordered 4 BLT "sliders" and 4 large fry they are way small,, 45 $ please,,, not worth it do not purchase from rallys

The food was inedible. You can tell by the color of the food that the fryers are filthy. The bag smelled like a grease trap, not like food. If I had even attempted to finish my meal I would have vomited.

Our first time eating at a Checkers or Rally's in a very long time. So we decided to sample a few different things. First of all let me say the staff was very polite. Even when I had to bring my sandwich back to them because they accidentally made the wrong one. Which is no big deal, I completely understand that and I don't hold a simple mistake against anyone!! They're still getting five stars for service!
The burger was decent enough, I don't have any complaints about it. And the chicken tenders were some of the best I've ever had! But the fries were significantly over-salted, almost to the point that they were inedible. And the mozzarella sticks tasted old, like they had been sitting out a long time and the cheese was hard..
