Why even open on Xmas if you're not going to properly staff you're business & let customer service take a nose dive? I waited 5 minutes & no car in front of me even left so I left. Next Xmas just stay closed, people want to be with their families, not working understaffed & not even getting paid a living wage to be there.

Rallys.... I really want to like you but you make it so hard. You always forget 1 item without fail and no I dont feel like walking up to your window to say something because the creepy guy handing my food already looks super mad about something. I get weird vibes from your window dudes and I cannot in good conscience come back to the establishment. You're only as good as your employees... sheesh

Absolutely awful experience. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and went to Rally's with my kids when the app said it was ready. We waited over 20 minutes at the window being completely ignored. When someone finally came, I politely asked about the order..only to be flipped off by the employee and told to leave. In front of my children. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I left with no food and three confused, hungry kids. Never again.

Went for lunch today with a co-worker and my order was messed up. Not a shock because Dawn at the window was rushed and not even trying to listen to my right order! This is my 2nd time and the customer service just isn’t there. I don’t come much but I’m for sure done now.

My order was cold when I went to pick it up, and I had to have them remake it. Then I was told that the shake machine was broken and they could not give me a refund. They told me that I had to take care of that through their website. Oveeall, it was a bad experience, but the food was good.
