This is not the first time I came to this place for my 9-year-old to get gluten-free donuts. This time I try to call several different times they did not answer their phone. So I can replace an order or see if they had any more still. I am not happy with this bakery

I preordered a couple gluten free donuts for my daughter. They have a completely different area for making and packaging the gluten free donuts and made sure to wash their hands and get new gloves before handling them so no cross contamination would happen and they packaged them in a separate box as the rest of my order. The people working there are so nice and helpful and the gluten free donuts were delicious according to my daughter! (I did try a small piece just to see what I thought of them and I agree that they are delicious and moist, not dried out at all!) I did get a few regular donuts for the rest of my family and those were delicious as well. Thank you for making these gluten free donuts for my daughter and all those who can’t have gluten!

i just went there for on of my first times and had such a great experience, the donuts were delicious and very nice looking and everything was fresh and so good, terri was an awesome person and i had an amazing experience with her and she was an extremely nice person to chat with while getting my donuts.

This place honestly and truly deserves more than five stars. I needed donuts for a work event this morning but was far away from the shop I usually purchase from. In comes Shamrock Donuts (for sure my new regular stop!). Terri was amazing - I had the absolute best time speaking with her while she helped me decide what flavors to get. I even got a little bit of a donut for myself and I have to say I can't recommend the Creme Brulee Donut ENOUGH! Practically a religious experience with a donut. I will definitely be back and recommending this place to my friends!

I had the best experience today visiting Shamrock Donuts. Between Terri that handled my order to the donut quality - everything was 5 star. Terri was impressive and set an example of excellent customer service even in the midst of a Saturday rush. She took time to go over all the flavors, really dial in to each customer, and provide the 1:1 we each deserve as paying customers.
Next, the donuts are really good. My favorite was the strawberry fritter. It was the best fritter I’ve ever had. I’ll be back soon to try a pumpkin fritter and a banana chocolate chip fritter.
To Terri, you deserve all the good things because you treat everyone with kindness and patience.

My friend & I walked in around 10 am on Saturday - we were immediately greeted like we were family - in a good way! The owner, Dominic, asked if we were looking for any specific donut - I said I would love to try a Dubai donut, but would try something else as they were sold out…he went to the back & made one just for me! We picked out a few donuts, then Dominic surprised us & gave us some extra! Terri was also amazing & very helpful. Come check this place out, but get here EARLY! THE DONUTS ARE DELICIOUS!!!
Hands down, the best donuts around! Dominic and Terri are the absolute best at what they do! If this isn't your donut/breakfast place, you are missing out!

Can I give 100/100? I mean, the entire experience was superb. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the woman behind the counter, who was the epitome of a pleasent person. We got our doughnuts and we're ready to leave when Dan (the owner) walked in. What a tremendously friendly guy. Just a good dude. Both Dan and Terri (I think that was her name) were genuinely nice people. Like the kind of people you want as neighbors. On to the doughnuts-Amazing. Superb. Fantastic. Heavenly. Delicious. Splendid. I don't have my thesaurus on me, so I'm out of positive adjectives, but you get the point. I am a doughnut snob, and this place blew me away. Do yourself a favor and go. I promise you won't be disappointed. Also, try the breakfast burrito. I can't believe I almost forgot to mention that. Use the aforementioned adjectives to describe the burritos, as well. I cannot wait to go back.

CELIACS!! DO NOT GO HERE!! We were told the donuts were completely “gluten free” and they even showed us that they were made on a separate side and with a separate fryer. But NOT CELIAC SAFE. Had the worst reaction after eating them.
