St. Louis Pizza & Wings

Get a new HHR delivery vehicle, The thing is literally all rust and is about ready to turn to earth. It makes the complex look like an eyesore and needs to be sent to the crusher. On another note, I did eat there for lunch with my wife. They have some of the best, cheapest lunch specials for $9.99. I highly reccomend the cheese pizza, it has a similar taste to Cecil Whittaker's, Not alot of pizza sauce but just the right amount of cheese.

Great pizza and wings.Got waiting on fast and food came out in a timely manner considering how busy they were.Staff was very friendly as well

Rude to DoorDash employees.

The food was fantastic the staff was very friendly but the floors are a little outdated and the bathroom is unclean, I’ll be back the pizza was so good and the fountain drinks were amazing so I’ll be definitely back

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Lady at the counter suggested the mild wings...they were very bland. Got a thin crust pizza and the lady pointed to a picture on the wall of the thicker new York style handtossed pizza. What came out was NOT that. It was what I can only assume was a frozen pre-made shell. It tasted like cardboard and the crust was very hard at that. Very disappointed...it was NOT what the picture on the wall was advertising at all!!

Hard to fine the prices on website and getting the location so never had a chance to order

Food was delicious. Staff was great. A bit pricey but worth it. Love the place!

This place has changed for the bad.

Employees are not the way they were just last year. Different in every way. Specifically them caring and following safe food handling procedures.

Order placed at 5:31pm for a pizza NOT CUT (repeated back on the phone twice), toasted ravs, and wings. We were told 20-25 minutes.

Show up at 6:06. Wings and ravs appeared to be sitting on the counter. Pizza comes. It’s cut.

I ask for the pizza to be re made. The person at the register questioned it. Finally agrees and says 7-10 minutes.

Almost 20 minutes later the pizza is ready. Looked at it, obviously careless in the execution.

It’s a pizza and wings, we will live right?

I question the cashier about why “they” were touching cash and cards then handling food without washing; it is a clear line of sight. No answer.

I question the shoe choice (plain crocs) and no hair net(s). No answer.

The particular individual that was making the pizzas, again clear line of sight, came to the lobby to refill his dirty fountain cup and returned to making food without hand washing.

Dirty practices and bad customer service all the way around.

The heavily tattooed woman whom I believe to be the manager appears to have a special connection to the current employees.

The standards, service, and food quality no longer fit the location.

Photos below show the lack of hair protection and the original receipt from 5:32 clearly stating “no cut” on the pizza.

Buyer beware.

Had 2 pizzas delivered. Pizzas were dry & don’t compare to the other locations of this restaurant. I specifically asked if the delivery driver would have change and they said yes, they will send them with change. My total was $66 and I was paying $80 and ask for $5 back, giving the driver a generous $9 tip for a short drive. Instead, they sent them with no change and took my full $80 not offering to bring any cash back. Will not be back for more business

The food was really good, and the atmosphere inside is definitely the saint louis pizza place vibe. Only issue I had is the site. I ordered and scheduled it for a specific time, but order went thru as a ASAP order anyway. Tried to mess with the controls and no matter what I did, it appears the schedule option wasn't working.
P.S, the deals on Wednesday are amazing! Definitely a good chain to grab a couple pizzas with the family on a Wednesday.

I had to eat a couple pizzas on the way home btw, it was very good 😊

Pizza is overdone 9 times out of 10. Just not anywhere near the quality of the locations. Won’t order again.
