Consistently takes 45 minutes to an HOUR to get through the drive thru when there is only 2 cars ahead of me. I’ve ordered on the app many times and they never update what is available which is also very frustrating. I never leave reviews, but this Starbucks needs to get their act together.

Kaylee who's working the drive-thru window tonight and making the drinks at the same time, what's the most special experience for my 6-year-old boy Parker and myself. She was so kind, professional and knew exactly what we would want since it's 8:00 p.m. and my son really doesn't drink coffee. Lol. We came up to the window and she made sure to acknowledge my son and ask his name. And that means a lot these days it's just those little things that go a long way. He was so bummed out and made me call up there because he forgot to ask her what her name was. Just a very proud and sweet moment that I wanted to share thank you Kaylee means a lot in Parker says that you're the best!!!

Compared to other stores around the area, this has got to be one of the worst to go. Baristas have no sense of urgency and are not even trying to make the “Starbucks Experience”. If you want amazing service and amazing drinks—go to the Gravois Bluffs location. Im very disappointed with my visit.

This used to be my favorite location. This place is under terrible management. The drink quality isn’t worth the 30 min wait after you pre ordered online 15 min prior to your 30 minute wait. The good employees are all gone and everyone seems angry. I hope you can get better management in there.

Waited 40 minutes and finally drove off, for whatever reason this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The slowest line for coffee ever. How hard is it to make coffee??????? Unreal. Won't be back.
