very understaffed for how busy this location is. the staff was talking with an employee that was off the clock while their drive thru was full and they have many mobile orders. i had waited for one drink for over 20 minutes. i would much rather drive all the way to telegraph starbucks.

The treats we ordered were good, service was good, the store was dirty. Bathrooms were clean, thankfully, but I was surprised at how dirty the main area was.

Easy to locate, dedicated parking.
