We were so excited to get the fries cooked in tallow. We also ordered double “steak” burgers. That was a huge let down. Pure mush.. No taste, flavor or consistency. Barf We will go through for fries every now and then.. Until they get the hamburgers to steak burgers that will not be on the order.

Ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake and got a peanut butter cup shake. Tried to tell them the flavor was wrong, but dude was super rude and just kept telling us they don't sell large shakes and refused to remake it

Ever since they stopped having waiters and waitresses, put in stupid kiosk machines, this restaurant is no longer a place worth going to. The atmosphere there is none at all. This restaurant basically sucks now.

Typically I don’t have anything bad to say about Steak N Shake but I went through the drive thru and ordered food. Get home and it’s wrong and looks like they purposely messed it up. They were special ordered burgers and they soaked them from the inside out with ketchup and mustard and left all the other toppings off. You call and get the manager Penny and she offers to replace the meal but laughs the entire time like the customer was the one who messed it up. The manager is sarcastic although they will “try” to make it right. I’ll drive to a different location before I support this one!

We stopped here for lunch and had a fantastic experience! Tim, the manager, was exceptional. As we approached the entrance, he warmly greeted us and held the door open, which was a lovely gesture. Throughout our meal, he checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming. Food was fresh and hot, I recommend the garlic burger!
Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience!
